This is a great hotel! Modern, clean and with the best breakfast we have ever eaten in Italy! Very welcomming staff and even the cleaning lady was friendly and with a smile. We are soon going back and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here. Good location both to the citycenter and to the airport

We didn't get the room we paid for, as it was my girfriends Bday so I booked a luxury double room. When I got to the hotel they told us they gave our room to someone else and put us in a twin room, they moved us to a double room the next night "at no extra charge" , neither night did we get the room I booked and paid for. The hotel was clean, but the room was stinking with smoke, when we moved the next night our clothes smelled of smoke too. I cannot recommend this hotel after our stay there, we were very disappointed.

Excellent hotel. Don't be put off by those who say the area around the train station is dangerous. It's not. The front desk staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. If driving and you want to park at the hotel you have to reserve this as well. I wasn't aware of this, but there was parking around the corner with plenty of room. Great stay!!

We have stayed in many hotels over the years,but I have to say that this one is in our opinion second to none.The staff could not be more helpful and welcoming.The hotel is also in an excellent location to the city centre 10-15 min stroll to the centre and we certainly did not think it was a dodgy area.We have always stayed in nice hotels in safe locations and have always researched in great detail as it is so important to get it right,and without a doubt this surpassed our expectations.We would not hesitate to return to this hotel,in fact we are looking for another location in Italy that has one of this groups hotels.Dont hesitate to stay here you wont be disappointed.
