This beautiful Cotswolds hotel is conveniently situated just minutes from junction 17 of the M4 motorway, set in beautiful countryside and a short drive to Chippenham and historical cities of Bath and Bristol.

The house has a rich history and is listed in the Domesday Book. It has connections with Queen Elizabeth I, and was rebuilt in 1840. Modern facilities combine easily with magnificent Tudor fireplaces and stone flooring. The hotel's en-suite bedrooms are spacious and individually designed. Some rooms have luxury king-size four-poster beds to complement the beautiful décor, while others are suitable for large families.

Our Head Chef and his team take pride in creating traditional British cuisine with flair and quality, which is immaculately served in the elegant Gallery Restaurant, overlooking the stunning grounds. We have been awarded an AA Rosette for our excellent food.

We are experienced in all types of functions from Conferences and Meetings to Weddings and Christmas Parties. Our rooms can accommodate people for small meetings and large banquets, or we can arrange for a marquee in our grounds for Balls.
