Although the Stamford Plaza is a fairly standard business hotel, I must say the staff were very helpful and efficient, and the location is excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Adelaide.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Directly over the road from the train station, a tram stop, the Casino and a five minute walk to the mall. Very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

We will be back again soon. Evan though we live in Adelaide its great to go out for the night and stay somewhere comfortable. We found the staff to be extreamly approchable and helpfull. The Stamford Plaza is an affordable but very up market hotel and we would recomend it to anyone looking for a quite stay in the centre of Adelaide. Its close to everything but there is know need to leave the surroundings.

The interior of the room was lovely, but the view out the window of the wall of the hotel over wasn't and the soundproofing needed a -LOT- more work!

Wow what a hotel! From the moment of arrival we were treated like royalty! The views from our freely upgraded hotel room were breathtaking and the staff were pleasant and helpful with our every need. Pricing was excellent for a hotel of this calibre - will definitely stay again if we are ever in Adelaide! Only complaint would be the self parking - a nightmare at best! Will definitely ask for valet in future! The rooftop pool/spa at night time were magic - be sure to give it a go!

Check In and Check Out was a breeze. Staff were excellent. Room cleaned and tidied well. Location opposite the tram stop was fabulous. Easy to walk to the Art Gallery, Museum, shopping centre and East End eateries. Car Parking appeared to be a stressful experience - lot's of people coming and going - perhaps not enough staff to handle the pressure times?

The only criticism, and it is minor, is the lack of tea bags for use in the room. Apart from that the Hotel is highly recommended

Excellent location close to the CBD. Rather pricey for the 'average' traveller. I had a very disappointing experience with a room service meal - small, dry fish fillets (hard to tell if they really were whiting) draped over a large mound of chips and a wilted salad. Hopefully this was a 'one off'! The staff are very efficient and courteous - nothing is too much trouble.
