The location if perfect for visiting Yellowstone NP. The property was probably pretty nice back in it's heyday but it is old now, the rooms a very average. The common areas simply reek of cigarette smoke. The towels are very cheap and thin. Complimentary breakfast was not so good either. Juice was room temperature and not chilled.

Good price, helpful staff. Small room. Good value for the price. It is located conveniently and met my needs perfectly.

My family booked months in advance, checked in around 2:00 PM. Room was smaller than a best Western, dirty shower, sink, window did not close. Then after going back into Yellowstone, came back around 6:00 PM. Around 8:00 PM the music started down in the bar RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL. Called the font desk told them I would not be able to sleep in the room, even with ear plugs. Front desk said, we know about the music, it is a nightly thing, we will call them and ask them to turn it down, but they usually DO NOT. SORRY WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER ROOMS AVIABLE. GOT NO SLEEEP. DO NOT STAY IN ANY HOTEL THAT HAS YOU PAY WHEN YOU CHECK IN!!!!!!!!!! Had to make calls all day to find new place to stay and moved to a condo, room overing looking the lake down the strett 1 million times better with a kittchen. Only got 10% off AND MANAGER ADMITS THE MUSIC IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO RENT THE ROOM OUT. WITH all the driving you do in yellowstone, you are better to pay more and stay in the park or North Yellowstone side.

I wish the hotel restaurant would have been open for business during dinner hours. Also, the breakfast food was nearly gone before the breakfast serving hours were over.

Atmosphere. Room size. Excellent location and atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff with great amenities. Rooms somewhat small, but comfortable and very clean.

Most of this hotel was nice, but the reason a travelor gets a room is to get some rest. That is very hard to do on a mattress where you feel the springs every time you move!

When we walked in the door leading to the lobby, there was "last nights" garbage can from the bar sitting "right" inside the door "stinking".The lobby was also very dirty (furniture too)& then we got to thr room. Big stain on carpet outside door & inside the room was a nother big stain on the carpet. The window would not lock & had no screen on it. The bathroom had someone else's toothpaste splaterred on the cabinet. All the furniture was very grimey. We had planned to stay 4 nights but checked out in the AM immediately & will never stay or recommend that place to anyone. They advertised a restaurant on the web site but had no restauant & the bar was having live music that night so the desk clerk said "don't park your car in the front cuz I can't promise what will happen." It was a very BAD experience.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here before. Needs higher quality beds. The smoke from the bar permeates the foyer and your clothes. We did not use the bar. They had a nice complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms are normal size.

Large hotel (for West Yellowstone). Great location. Had two rooms- one w/ king bed (small room) one with 2 double beds (very large room). I didn't book rooms or select hotel and didn't know what I was paying until I left- I was happy with what I paid. Front desk was polite and helpful.

The reception area was quite impressive. Staff was friendly. We were disapointed in the size of the room and decore. Even with only two people staying, the space was quite small. The room, especially the toilet, could have been cleaner. We will not look into staying there again.

Price, but with taxes added it was not that good. The bathroom smelled of urine. We did not stay the three nights we had planned to stay. Left after one night.

I have stayed at the Stagecoach Inn for 3 years in a row. Love the service and the atmosphere. The lobby puts you in a great mood the moment you walk in. Priced right also. Rooms are small compared to rooms in larger hotels. But by no means are they too small. I would describe them as warm and comfortable. I will be staying there every time I travel to West Yellowstone.

Stagecoach Inn provides a clean comfortable spacious room at a reasonable rate. Amenities include 2 indoor jacuzzis, large common / mingle area in lobby, plus a generous continental breakfast including make-your-own waffles. Several shopping and dining options within a few block walk, very close to Yellowstone NP west gate. This was one of the nicer properties we stayed at during our week in Wyoming / Montana, and would definitely stay there again when we return to Yellowstone.

Attractive and more original décor. Would like a parking area for checking in. I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very comfortable and cozier feeling than most hotels. I will definitely return!

Overall i wasn't really impressed. We arrived at the hotel a night earlier than we had originally planned but we had called ahead and they had rooms. On arrival the person at the front desk didn't seem happy at all to have to even talk to us. Personally not a big fan of continental breakfast when on vacation, also the restaurant was closed by the time we got back to the hotel so we never did eat dinner there. The rooms were clean and kept up. We went in march during the expo we some noise was expected, however we were woke up at three in the morning to yelling and screaming the the hallway, when we called the front desk no change was made. Also there were ice hanging from the roof and instead of knocking them down there were just signs saying enter at your own risk, hanging ice So overall not impressed with my stay, will probably be looking at staying somewhere else next time.

The staff was very helpful room was clean and spacious. Staff helped to get food delivered to guests when the power went out throughout the city the bar was a nice place to go and play video poker or just sit.

This rustic hotel is very convenient to the West gate of Yellowstone. It is an older hotel so don't expect any of the newer amenities. The continental breakfast was fair and the price of the room was moderate. We were there mid May( preseason). The airconditioner in our room was not working but we were offered a room change which turned out not to be necessary since we could open a window and be comfortable and be a little greener.

Location, size of rooms. Restaurant wasn't open. Excellent rooms and very reasonable rates for the area.
