I was unsure about staying at the hotel because of the price point. However, after reading reviews I took a chance and it was a very nice hotel. Very nice staff and clean. Would stay again and bring my family.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 7 years and it has always been a great place to stay. Thanks!

Lots of hot water and water pressure. Flat pillows, thin, flimsy towels, noisy fan. Trim fell off door when opened, walls patched but not painted, all three switches for bathroom had same function, etc. But the water was hot, shower had pressure, bed was comfortable. It served my needs.

It was clean in a lot of areas and beds were comfortable. The furniture was broken and the tub was not clean and had scratches and spots. The hotel was convenient to my son's college and it was clean for the most part. The tub and bathroom floor areas were not the cleanest and the shampoo and soap they leave were used and empty. The bed was soft and the AC worked great. They do need coffee makers in the room but overall it was ok hotel. I would stay there again.

Feel we were taken in by the promotion as remodeled etc. Apparently not finished. We were somewhat intimidated by the cliental, groups of minority (mostly) work gangs. Gave us no problems though. Just felt we could have found better accommodations for the same price elsewhere.

It was simply a place to sleep and shower on our journey. Just about everything. The Stafford Inn was not well kept at all. Their idea of free breakfast was 3 mini muffins (not adequate for a family of 4) and some orange juice. Hotel staff had to be awakened for normal checkout time.

"This was a GREAT location. Shopping & food across the streets with restaurants & fast food places. The rooms looked good. Most parts of these rooms have been remodeled and look great. However, there were a few details here and there that showed the age of the rooms. Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the phone was yellowed with age. But the jetted bathtub was outstanding to relax in."

Nothing. The room was musty, the bathroom dirty, the sheets thin, no iron or ironing board and no toiletries. This hotel was very disappointing. The hotel had a sign that proclaimed it to be recently renovated - I can't imagine what it looked like before. Our room was musty, the bathroom dirty (grunge ring around the tub) with no iron or ironing board and no toiletries. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The beds were terrible, the sheets would not stay on the bed, the bathroom looked as if it was still under construction. The beds were terrible, the sheets would not stay on the bed, the bathroom looked as if it was still under construction. It was a two star that was really a half a star. Would not recommend to anyone who had a family, or came from one.

I was disappointed because I was under the impression that it was a higher quality hotel. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the tub was cracked and not well kept, there was hair on the sheets, the walls were grungy, etc.

Close to many familiar restaurants. Bathroom was run down and unpleasant - no plug in tug; moldy ceiling. We were disappointed in the condition of the room and, especially, the bathroom. Linens were clean, room smelled good.

There is nothing I liked about this hotel. The hotel was filthy. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The problem is the only way to truly update this hotel would be to demolish it and start over. They did update the hotel but it is so old and filthy. It was useless.

The location was great. The hotel room was very outdated and shabby. It was cheap. It was comfortable enough, but everything in the room was old and outdated and just shabby looking and dark. The towels were like gauze. The carpet was frayed and worn and dirty looking. The floor in the bathroom had chipped and broken tiles. If you want cheap and convenient, it's good. If you want comfortable and pretty, no good.

Quiet at night. Said newly remodeled, but room was not cleaned and carpet was horrible and very few renovations had been made. Breakfast was terrible no selection. Directions are not clear on how to get to the hotel. Hotels is outdated and claimed to be newly remodeled, but only a few bathroom renovations had been done. Room was not very clean, i.e. the bathroom floors.

Location & spacious room. It was a motel not hotel in my opinion & not good quality. This motel was not real clean and it needed a lot of up-dating. I did not take a bath/shower because the rust and stains in the tub and bath area. The air/heat unit was dirty.
Date of Stay:
May, 2007
Courteous. Missing light bulb, microwave cord too short to plug in. Would consider staying here again.
