At the base of Aspen mountain, beautiful scenery and atmosphere any time of year! No in room coffee. Gorgeous any time of year, close to all the activity in town and service over the top! We loved the outdoor fireplaces in the courtyard facing the mountain! Perfection!

Did a weekend getaway and wanted to stay at the best hotel. St. Regis was a nice, very clean, and comfortable hotel, but is a good place for a business trip, not a family vacation. Very bad customer service experience after checkout though as I was charged for the room AFTER checkout even though it was paid for by the travel website when the reservation was made. Eight days later, after 2 phone calls and an email, the issue still is not fixed.

Well-appointed rooms; comfortable, well decorated lobby. Staff was a little inconsistent - some were incredibly friendly & helpful, others a little less hospitable.

I spent a week at the St. Regis and came away feeling very relaxed having a great vacation. It is certainly a luxury hotel, the furnishings, carpeting, etc. were new and fit with the mountain resort theme. The beds were absolutely heavenly, and the rooms were always attended to promptly.Room service and poolside food, was good. I've had better cesear salads at nondescript Marriotts, but the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The staff we encountered at the St. Regis (and indeed everywhere in Aspen) were absolutely sweet, helpful, and unpretentious. I did enjoy my stay at the St. Regis immensely, but I felt that in terms of decor, the dark paneling, immense fireplaces, etc. would probably be more welcome as a respite from snow and skiing than from 85 degree sunny weather.

NA. Extra charges-parking. Just ok. I expected better service for the price.

My husband and I stayed at the St. Regis and absolutely loved it. The staff was superb. My husband is allergic to feathers, and the bedding is filled with them. We called the front desk and new bedding was brought up and changed immediately. The concierge was also very helpful. We'll definitely be back soon.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk and the bell boy. Although this hotel is excellent, I feel a bit stuffiness atmosphere when I arrived. The room was very St. Regis and have a mountain atmosphere feeling. Although, we feel that the room would be a bit smaller during Winter ski time, it was perfect for summer time. When we arrived, we felt a bit stuffiness atmosphere feeling. The receptionists were very friendly, which minimize those stuffiness feeling.

Excellent service. The room was a bit small. The price for the hotel is justified by the quality of the service and great location. I had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Resort. I certainly look forward to returning to stay at this hotel.

The service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The rooms were very basic. The St. Regis was a great hotel I would highly recommend. The location in Aspen was extremely close and just a 1-2 minute walk to where the action was. The staff was very attentive and went the extra mile to help us. The butler service was excellent and the lobby areas were very inviting. I loved the coach area by the fireplace!

The staff was amazing. Decor a bit dark and older taste. I was a bit intimidated in going to this hotel because of its rating and reputation but even with a 6 month old baby the staff was very inviting and accommodating. The location was ideal for walking around Aspen. What an enjoyable summer stay!

It met my expectations and the staff was extremely helpful and polite. Great overall experience! It would be nice if there was another lounge/ bar area since this hotel only provides one.

This hotel is very high end, but there is nothing stuffy about it. They make you feel welcome at every level. Nothing. They think of everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Public areas were incredible, elegant casual. Rooms were too hot. I had to open my window. Casual elegant. An oasis in the small town of Aspen.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. I highly recommend it. The service is impeccable. The hotel is magnificent, all its installations, especially the lobby area, rooms, and restaurants are spectacular. It is centered situated, close to everything yet charming and intimate. I highly recommend it. Just as an example: I got sick while the Concierge service was extremely helpful, all my concerns about local doctors were addressed and they even arranged an appointment for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and interest of all personnel.
