Of all the Vancouver hotels, the St. Regis Hotel is one of the few that is a landmark in its own right. It is located in the middle of the downtown shopping district, near the Robson Street boutiques and Yaletown. Guests of the St. Regis Hotel can walk to the cruise ship terminal or arrange for a car transfer to the airport with the front desk.

There are 65 rooms at the St. Regis Hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were updated in 2008. Rooms have flat screen TVs, media hubs, wireless Internet access, telephones, coffeemakers, and free bottled water. Bathrooms have hair dryers, marble accents, and Acca Kappa toiletries. Rooms are completely non-smoking.

The St. Regis Hotel was built in 1916, and has operated as an upscale boutique property almost continuously. The décor blends classical with contemporary elements, and was completely updated in 2008. There are a number of small meeting spaces for client meetings and intimate social functions. There is an onsite pub, as well as fitness space.
