Restaurant Fine dining (Seven Park Place): Seven Park Place by William Drabble has been awarded a coveted Michelin Star. The dishes are modern-French in style but made up of primarily British ingredients. Menus change regularly to accommodate the seasons whether it be asparagus in May, sea bass in July and white truffles in December. Guests travel from afar to sample William's exquisite dishes in the stylish yet intimate dining room of St. James's Hotel.

Bar Bar & Lounge (William's Bar and Bistro): With comfortable seating and an unhurried, sophisticated atmosphere, William's Bar and Bistro is the ideal place to unwind and has the added advantage of a bistro menu of classic delicious dishes created by the Executive Chef William Drabble. Afternoon Tea is served daily from 3.00 to 5.30pm (£19.00 per person).
