Description:
Hidden away in a side-street, the St. George Hotel may not be one of the best known hotels in Prague but its certainly a good find. Located in the new town its just a ten-minute walk to Wencelas Square, or guests can pick up the metro or the trams from the nearby I.P. Pavlova station to visit other parts of the city. The building itself dates back to the eighteenth century and has been carefully restored. The Italian owners have selected their furnishings very carefully and the standard is higher than many four-star hotels in the city. Guest rooms all have en suite bathrooms and are equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe. Off to one side of the lobby is a comfortable lounge and bar area. There is a fully equipped fitness centre, a spacious jacuzzi and a comfortable Swedish sauna at your disposal at all times. The staff are also particularly friendly which is why so many of the guests at the St. George come back to stay here again. NB. All rooms have en suite facilities
