Description:
St Arnaud is a "just like home" bed & breakfast offering guest house style accommodation and fantastically located at the Botanical Gardens in South Yarra - Melbourne"s finest postcode. Trams running along our tree-lined, historical street that will take you into the city (5 mins) or down to St Kilda"s beaches (10 mins).
All rooms have a colour TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, wardrobe and dresser. We include a help-yourself continental breakfast in the price and you also have full use of our well equipped kitchen. None of our rooms have an ensuite but there are plenty of bathrooms located in the corridors nearby.
We have a dining area and cosy lounge for your comfort with cable TV, video and DVD player plus a small garden at the rear. Please note there is only stair access to rooms but we will be happy to help you with your bags! Why spend all of your holiday cash on overpriced accommodation when you can stay with us for less? And we"ll point you in the direction of all the discount shopping!

Attractions:
We have a fantastic location in the south-east outskirts of the city with Albert Park and the Botanical Gardens on our doorstep. South Yarra has many shops, markets and restaurants along Toorak Road and Chapel Street to suit every budget. There is plenty to do in the local area with many major attractions such as the National Gallery of Victoria and the Shrine of Remembrance all within walking distance. The trams run outside our door so getting around is a cinch. And there"s always something on in Melbourne...
