Hotel is centrally located in the main city. Our room was wonderful, the room service managed the things well. The food quality too was up to the mark. This is definitely a good choice.

My husband and I have just spent 2 nights at hotel. It's not at all like the review & guide books say. The bathroom was filthy, the sheets were stained, there were men lurking on each floor. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked for the bathroom to be cleaned as it was so filthy it obviously hadn't been cleaned in months, they didn't clean it. We won't be going back. They pressured to make tours from his unfaithful travel agent, I think for his commission. I don't recommend anyone to book these hotel if book cancel it.

breakfast rip offI had booked room only but decided to have breakfast which was 150 rupees for American with tea or cofee included. They billed me extra for the teas and coffee after arguing with them the extra charge was still put on the bill.

The hotel location is not the most convenient. It?s in the heart of a very busy market and it is very congested around. It may be possible to get a better deal in a hotel with a better location. The hotel is fairly clean, but towels, sheets, etc are a very worn out. There was not shampoo, bath soap or lotion in the bathroom, just a hand wash liquid soap. Minibar was inventoried at check-in, but then it was never refilled (in three days). The hotel arranged my pick up at the airport and it worked well, the driver was waiting with a sign with my name when I arrived. The hotel staff was efficient without being extremely friendly.

We had a hard time finding the hotel. The person at the reception could not find our reservation. The room we were given was no where near what they have on the website. When i mentioned the room on the website and the one we were give at check out we were told they cannot show photos of all the rooms they have. We were 3 adults and the room was small could which was BIG enough for only 2 adults and with 3 adults and 3 suitcases there was no place to move around in fact no place to put our suitcases. People at reception were rude. It was not up to our standard for the money we spent. We will never recommend this to any one we love but only if we want to punish/torture them.

the hotel was ok - half of it was closed off and under restoration, the room was clean and not too bad and the hotel staff polite and reasonably helpful, the main issue was the location - karol bagh is not a very good area - mostly motorcyle repair shops - it is quite a taxi ride from any of the main tourist sites and generally an area where unwitting tourists are taken by taxi drivers after a commision - all in all not a bad hotel but there are better ones.

Upon booking this hotel there is no refund for cancellation. Hotel is not well cleaned or well kept at least for north american travellers.

This is a friendly, clean, modern well run place. Off the beaten track in a relatively quiet corner (this is India!) of Karol Bagh, it's within walking distance of the metro and the Ajmil Kahn Road bazzar. The rooms aren't huge but they are clean and well equiped (A/C, fan, TV, fridge, hot water etc). Free Wi-fi thoughout the hotel would have been useful if we had a laptop! But there is free internet in the restaurant. The food was fine, if a little over priced compared to other places we stayed in India. You can certainly stay in cheaper places (R/- 2126 incl. taxes), but the overall experience had us revisit the two subsequent times we were passing through Delhi. The pick-up from the airport or railway station is recommended, as even if you make it to Karol Bagh, few rickshaw drivers will know where it is. Just remember to take the phone number for the hotel in case the driver is running late (we'd left it behind when we first arrived in Delhi and ended up having to stay somewhere else as there was no internet at the international airport!). All in all, a good place to stay.

"I stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights. Hotel provided me complimentary pickup from Airport. The Suite Room allotted to me was very clean specially the bathroom. Hotel provided free use of Wi-Fi . The hotel staff made my stay wonderful , I would surely recommend this hotel . Its Worth !"

"My stay in this hotel was great as not at all expected by me in delhi. this hotel has outstanding services clubbed with good food , staff , hygeine along with cleaned linen . the most useful thing to me was Wi-Fi which was provided to me free of cost , also my kids could browse the internet on hotel pc free of cost . the property is located in the market , so you feel safe and also every thing is easily avaliable . well nothing could be judged wrong in this hotel. I had a perfect stay will my family. you people searchin out cheap accomadation with high class facilities go for this hotel."

Stayed for 17 days & I can't begin to express the warmth & genuine friendliness of the staff. I was impressed by the room service staff, as my fiancee and I were both sick during this time. I don't know what we would have done had it not been for 3 of the exceptional room service staff, they went above and beyond the norm. Everyone was friendly and so helpful during this stay. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff were also efficient, The food was good and always delivered quickly. I felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived until we departed. I thank the staff for making my Delhi vacation such a memorable experience.
