SpringHill Suites was great. It was close to the Blue Line, quiet and fast check in. It was a great room for the price compared to the downtown hotels without the hassels of parking. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The room was beautiful laid out and it appeared very clean. The pool water was murkey and it smelled of too much chlorine. It was a great hotel and I would recommend.

We were a party of two.It was not a good room for two adults. Certainly not three star as Travelocity rated them. The room was poorly designed: the furniture was uncomfortable; the closet was ackward to get to; and the arrangement of the bathroom with the sink in the bedroom space and the door to the toilet/shower difficult to enter and leave. Also, due to the flooding it was difficult to get from the airport to the hotel. We waited for an hour while busses from other hotels came past two and three times. We would have tolerated the wait if out phone calls would have elicited honest responses. The room was clean.

We stayed here while visiting our son in Chicago. We found our stay at the Spring Hill Suites to be very pleasant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed is the most comfortable we've ever slept in! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Every morning they have an extensive complimentary breakfast with a nice assortment of hot and cold breakfast items. The free parking is a nice plus. The hotel is within walking distance to the city subway system. Outback restaurant is attached to the hotel. There are also some nice little restaurants a couple blocks down the street. It's a nice affordable choice not only for business people, but families too. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

the hotel room was really nice for the price we paid! we were shocked! we didn't get to see a lot of the hotel because it was a short trip, but our room was most enjoyable.

Very clean and quiet. Was very pleased with the hotel. It was clean and very quiet. Couldn't hear people upstairs or outside of the door. Staff was friendly too.

This hotel gave away our room because we arrived late at night, even when we had specifically requested a late arrival notice and told them when we were coming. They did not seem to care. One of the workers named X told us that if we wanted our room that we reserved the next day we would need to be in the hotel at 12 or call them. He would not even take care of it himself. The next night we requested more pillows, after an hour and a half, we went to bed with no extra pillows. I was extremely dissappointed with the service at this hotel. I will not be staying there again.

I've stayed here several times on short trips to Chicago. It is convenient both to the airport and to downtown via the Blue Line El (though a bit of a hike on foot from the station, a factor if the weather's bad or your mobility is limited). The rooms are always clean and well-kept, surprisingly quiet considering the hotel's proximity to the busy interstate, the staff professional (this last visit was the very first time I've run into a clerk who was somewhat less than impeccably polite and helpful), and the breakfast bar well-stocked, though crowded at peak hours. The price is always surprisingly reasonable considering all you get. Definitely a winner.

We wanted a quiet hotel with a pleasant room, and that is indeed what we got.

the service to the airport was exceptional, the breakfast was one of the best no hot tub the overall appearance was very inviting. all the staff was helpful, polite. it is always nice to be welcomed with a smile. the driver of the van to the airport was exceptional taking my spouse and then picking me up. our overall stay was great, the breakfast was one of the best we have tasted, it was fresh and a lot of food. great to start a day.

We were so pleased with this hotel!!! It was a little far from the city, but we rented a car so we had our own transportation. The staff was friendly, when we checked in they asked if we had a floor preference, my hubby requested the top floor w/ a view of the city and they gave it to us! Then they gave us maps of the CTA and city and directions to the train. The room was beautiful. We felt we were getting more for our . It had a fridge and microwave with a sink and cabinets, desk and seating area. The bed was so comfortable. The hot breakfast is awesome. eggs, sausage, all breads, muffins, bagels you would want with a toaster available. they have 3 or 4 kinds of waffles you make fresh. not to mention all the juice, milk, cold & hot cereal, fruit, yogurt, fruit cups-everything and you can take it with you! The business center is very useful especially if your from out of town because you can use the internet and print out maps-free. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great price. Vending was minimal and only on one floor. This is an anual trip to Chicago and we have stayed at this hotel every time. Great staff and great rooms at a reasonable price.

There was not enough parking for this hotel. This was the main thing that was negative. Also, the pool was not open on Sunday morning.

The staff was great and the beds were wonderful. No hand cream in the room. This is a wonderful hotel for the business traveler. The breakfast was fast and good.

My wife & I stayed 4 nights and we were very pleased. The hotel provides excellent value for the money. The room was comfortable & tidy. The breakfast buffet was ample, including waffles, breads, pastries, cereals, oatmeal, fruit, juices, etc. Access to downtown takes about 30-60 mins by car depending on the traffic, but the hotel is also within walking distance of the Cumberland blue line train station. We found the train to be a better alternative.

Breakfast was outstanding. There were many choices not offered at many other hotels, and the food was fresh and delicious. Parking was a problem. I was never able to find the underground parking garage, but I know there was one. The building was very nice and clean. Things that set this hotel apart from the rest are the small details. For instance the shower and shower head had nice water pressure. The room was equipped with a nice sized fridge and microwave for longer stays. The breakfast also had little extras like cheese for the eggs, carry out containers for guests in a rush, fruit salad that was quite fresh, different varieties of yogurt, and more. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

The Springhill Suites Chicago O'Hare was one of the top two hotels we have ever used. Besides the comfortable, large room, with separate sitting room and bathroom vanity separated from the shower and toilet, the WiFi connection, and cleanliness, the staff was incredibly helpful. I had inadvertently left my asthma medication and some other toiletries in a plastic grocery bag under the bathroom vanity before we went to the wonderful free breakfast and the housekeeping crew mistook it for trash. When we returned to our room an hour later and discovered the bag gone, we reported it immediately to the guest services personnel at the front desk. The housekeeping people came to the room and asked us to point out where it had been. Less than half an hour later, a guest services person came to the door with my bag and all contents intact. They must have really hustled and gone through a lot of trash to find that bag. I was able to breathe easier in more ways than one. We will stay there againany time we visit Chicago and have already highly recommended it to all our family members and friends.
