Very neat and clean; friendly staff. Hotel room was quiet, staff was friendly, reasonably priced.

I stayed at the SpringHill last week and had a pleasurable experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and, thankfully, there was no smoking allowed inside the hotel (else a $ fee). I stayed Monday-Friday and the my room and the lobby area of the hotel were very clean and in excellent working order. Pros: Bed, Customer Service, Proximity to airport Cons: the AC compressor was noisy

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our bathtub wasn't spotless/hair on tub. Overall our stay was good. The room appeared clean, though with the hair (not ours) on the tub we questioned if it had been scrubbed before we got there. We didn't ask to change rooms but mentioned it when we left. They offered snacks for the ride home. I am sure if we had asked for the room to be changed they would have with no problem. Overall, the room was nice, and the staff was great. We would stay here again.

Our check in was handled by H, who literally "phoned it in". She mumbled a greeting to us, then took a phone call in the middle of our check-in, and proceeded to say nothing else to us. She slid the card key across the counter and we had to ask if we were checked in. She never looked at us, just said: "Yeah" and kept talking. In addition, another woman stood at the check-in desk and had to ask to be helped. "H" yelled into the back of the check-in, saying: "We need help out here." They certainly did. If this is Marriott customer service, then they need serious training. Part of any stay is how a guest is treated by staff. I was underwhelmed. The room was fine, except damp, despite us running the air conditioning to dehumidify the room. Location was great, free continental breakfast was fine, but the whole overall experience was just ho-hum. We won't stay here again.

Comfortable bed. Right away saw the soap dish with hair. Nice room. But seeing someone else's hair in the soap dish really felt vomiting. The room although looking nice, smelled like dirty laundry!

My husband and I checked into this hotel Friday evening to catch an early Sat morning flight out of Manchester. The room was very clean and quiet, had a great night's sleep. I asked for a 3:30 wakeup call so we could catch a 5 am flight and at first they said they didn't start wake-up calls until 4 am and then called us in the room and said they could call us at 3:30. Room was large and very comfortable. Great value for the money. Handy to the airport. Will definitely stay here again as occasion rises.

Very pretty suite, nice to have free internet, clean and comfortable. I'd have liked wireless internet. Surprised there was no dresser. A very pleasant hotel. Good value for the money. The suite concept is very nice. Make-your-own waffle breakfast was good; nothing fancy but tasty.

This hotel is a great place to stay at. The rooms are neat and clean. The beds are comfortable. You can have food delivered to your room from local businesses. The have menua available for the restaurants that will deliver to the hotel.

Convenience to the Manchester Airport and were not disappointed. The wireless internet signal was too weak, so we had to use a cable.

All staff members were couteous and efficient. The morning brnch was great

Very clean, nice staff, nice breakfast. Air conditioner loud. Great value staying in Manchester. Great location. Downtown area not as nice, this location is close to the highway, airport, and shopping. Close to airport but area is beautifully treed and tranquil. As romantic as an economy hotel gets. Room is large with nice sitting area, and small kitchen, very impressive. Free parking, fast check in and check out and free internet. Delicious breakfast make your own waffles and free coffee in lobby 24 hours. This Marriot is an easy choice, great value and glad we did not stay at a hotel downtown.

The service was excellent. The non-smoking room was smoky and carpet was not vacuumed the whole 5 day stay I was there. Surprisingly, the fact that this hotel is located right under the landing strip, it was rather quiet. The staff seemed to bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. They even went to the trouble of finding a lint brush for me. For a Marriott, the TV channels were primitive. On-demand was expensive and confusing to order. Breakfast was good, would have been great if there were more vegetarian options. Hall light and noise was annoying. It seemed to wake me up more than the planes landing. The light from the hole in the door was magnified making it hard to sleep, there was a two or three inch gap between the door and the floor that let in light and noise, even smells. Other than that, if they dropped the price maybe 30 bucks a night, I would move in.:>

Convenient for airport travelers. Breakfast didn't start until 7am. Next to Airport, friendly staff-- I was convinced that even if I had a ridiculous request the woman at the front desk would make sure I had what I needed. We stayed in the KING non-smoking room-- which didn't feel like your typical hotel room-- it was complete with a couch, desk, Internet connection, microwave, coffee maker fridge/bar area. The continental breakfast was great (they have a 2 minute belgian waffle-maker). I would definitely stay there again- and recommend other airport travelers take advantage of this good deal.

Easy to get to the airport. Not as nice as all the Spring hill Suites I've been too. Good location to get to airport for an early flight. Friendly, smiling staff. Overall, a good stay.

Close to airport. Clean, large rooms. Reasonable gift shop foods (affordable). No complaints. A nice, quiet, clean and conveniently located hotel. Great for business travel and close to the airport. Rooms with microwaves and lobby sells affordable food options for the later traveler or those who just want to stay in.

Extremely convenient to airport. Great features like fridge and microwave. Not very comfortable in some areas, poor air/heat, bad pillows. Very convenient business-oriented hotel near airport. Nice business center with two computers, but only one printer. Awkward layout in "suite"/room, but very nice in having fridge and microwave. Better than average continental breakfast.
