We were there to attend our granddaughter's graduation. The room was great, service great, location was great.

The decor was very upscale and modern, very nice. Large group consumed all the breakfast food leaving nothing for other guests.

Room had dbl beds not queen. No rollaway as requested. 3 teenagers and parents, boys here girls there. Hi Honey! Sleep yet? Room smelled of urine?! Breakfast OK. Noise from lounge in basement. We were on second floor halfway across! Never got rollaway. Tried to give room to others. Room paid for with receipt and number, gave others our key, wondering why computer wouldn't accept payment from them! Clerks arguing over room. One tried to change our room and didn't realize the other clerk was taking care of us. Said we didn't book nonsmoking.

They charged my credit card again, I had already paid with Orbitz. Resolved problem with a couple of phone calls to hotel, still waiting for my account to be credited. The rates are a little high, there was a cheerleading event going on in town and first and second choices were booked

We found this to be a typical Best Western, which is to say, don't expect much. It's easy to get to, but the nightlife seems to be the main reason people come to this hotel.The bathroom wall and ceiling was covered with mold, due to not having any ventilation system apparent. We will NOT be staying here again!

Very clean, very friendly helpful staff, conveniently located. Outdoor seating was a little noisy because I-64 is 100 yards away, but rooms were totally quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful at all hours; free breakfast was an unexpected bonus; this is a modern, very clean hotel with modern suite rooms with microwave and fridge, sink all of which made it a great place to stay. We were there for 6 days and got a great price on Priceline.

The hotel was easy to find, within minutes of attractions, and had a restaurant right on the premises. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The rates were great, the rooms were satisfactory, just don't try taking a shower on Sunday mornings--the water gets cold quickly.
