Great hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Close to Inner Harbor and Orioles Park at Camden Yards. Wonderful complimentary breakfast. Our only issue with the accommodations was that the beds were small, probably full size (definitely not queen or king).

Enough space for a family of five without feeling cramped. We were pleased with the friendly service from valet parking through check-out. Although we only spent one night here, the cleanliness of the rooms and convenience to the inner harbor made this a place easy to recommend.

I rented a suite but was required to call for linens to make up the second bed. The bathroom was painted yellow cement with institutional green trim. The bath windows were frosted, no coverings. It looked like an old factory quickly re done. The worst part was the Jack hammer outside our windows starting at 9:00 pm and going for hours. Granted, the hotel had no control over a gas leak, but there was no apology or offer of reparations. What they don't tell you is that parking is limited and expensive and you have no choice but the hotel's valet for 28.00/ dailly. I should've stayed at the REAL Marriot...

Our family trip to Baltimore was great! We had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We were about 2 blocks to Inner Harbor.

The close proximity to the Inner Harbor. I didn't see the hairdryer in the bottom of the closet, bathroom sink had coffee ring around drain, dust on night table closest to window. It was CONVENIENT and CLEAN, breakfast extremely convenient, would've liked eggs but that's okay - understand need for easy-clean-up with no restaurant equipment handy.

Outstanding! I was not expecting a downtown hotel room to be so spacious and clean. This hotel is brand new, although the building is a beautiful historic highrise (unlike the generic display picture), just 3 blocks from the inner harbor. The staff enthusiasticically greeted me at every turn, gladly directed me to nearby restaurants and attractions, and even forgot to charge me for my valet parking (which I highly recommend). Two flat screen TVs and granite counters are a nice touch. I realize your experience may be different, but I don't see how you could go wrong with this hotel. I would have expected my room to cost twice what I paid.

This hotel was a wonderful choice. It is a 3 minute walk to Inner Harbor, the facility is beautiful, rooms are great. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone, and the even provide little bags in case you want to take something with you. This was a short overnight but Inner Harbor has so much to offer that we plan on coming back for a longer stay and we definitely will stay here again. Absolutely no complaints. The $28.00 valet parking was a bit of a surprise but worth every dollar since we never had to use the car and pay parking elsewhere. Highly recommend!!

Very friendly staff; excellent breakfast andeasy to harbour. It's a small hotel but very nice, clean and newly decorated rooms and 2 flat panel TVs, refrigerator, good bathroom and dressing area, good inner city hotel very close to many city venues. Excellent breakfast!

The staff was excellent in every way. From friendliness to helpfulness. There is nothing that I didn't like. Great staff. Clean and inviting rooms. Close to the Inner Harbor. Breakfast was ok and the little store in the lobby was ok too. Just an overall good experience. Would surely stay again.

It was a good location and the room was very large and nice and clean. The experience was horrible due to the fact that we could hear absolutley everything going on in the lobby and bar through the ventelation ducts. The hotel looks great and is a good location in walking distance of the Inner Harbour. It is also new. The bad news is that as good as it looked, we had a terrible experience because we got no sleep. Our bed might as well have been located in the middle of the lobby because we could hear every little noise in the lobby and bar from our room. The noise was radiating from the ventilation ducts and echoing in our room. We were up all night and when we did finally fall asleep, we were awakened very early by people getting breakfast in the lobby. When you pay for a place to sleep, you want sleep!
