Fold out bed was un-made, The shower head spurted water everywhere. The suite was tiny with only a half-wall separating the two areas (no door). With the sofa unfolded and with the furniture layout, you could not walk to the door from the bed/bathroom area - had to crawl over. Heavens forbid a fire ever happen in that hotel. 3 Adults were very crowded in that little room. It was noisy -- we had a gaggle of teen-age girls in several rooms across the hall that were rather loud at 4:00 am. We could hear just about every word. The staff was great & friendly. I liked the "market" area by the desk better than the vending machines.

The room was a bit dirty, hair in the bathroom. For the location with regards to our family we visited we would probably stay again.

I stayed here with my son while visiting family in the Chicago area. Room was great w/ one king, a pull out double, microwave, fridge and desk. My only complaint was staff was hard to find and not very attentive. Found one staff member in lobby on cell phone after calling desk 3 times???? Rooms were clean - but there was a stain on one of my pillow cases. Overall it is a nice place to stay for the value.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We will stay there again. Everything was great! My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a short vacation. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. The hotel lobby and our room was very clean. The pool and hot tub was clean and inviting. The hot breakfast was wonderful! We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Very clean and staff very helpful. Bathtub narrow. Hotel had nice pool and Jacuzzi, pool room little too warm, kept at 85 degrees, very clean and new but some of the materials used in hotel such as light fixtures and microwave were very cheap, had trouble with microwave, bedroom large and beds comfortable, hotel seemed a bit humid whole time.

Very clean, newer, spacious, good breakfast, large bathroom area. Needed more trash cans in hotel room. Only 2 for suite. Great hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, newer and decorated nicely, good breakfast, and nice pool and spa.

After we checked in the girl at the front desk helped us switch to a room with a king size bed rather than two doubles TheTV in the room was very small and was not placed we.ll

The hotel is new, in a good location, and modern facilities. The attitude of the staff is typical of Chicago. Indifferent to rude. Every room is non smoking, so no choice has to be made between the rooms you want, its price and if you have to endure the smell of an ashtray.
