Affordable, friendly and helpful staff. The pool was not ready for use. This hotel met our needs for an affordable, clean and safe place to sleep. The accommodations are basic, no frills, even a little run down, but it did have a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. There is no restaurant or complimentary breakfast room on the premises. The rooms have outdoor entrances. The location was not the most convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us directions to find them and to another destination we wished to visit from there.

The pool was almost empty except for the green sludge and trash. The staff was one lady who was friendly but did not speak english. I am not sure if she even understood english. The free breakfast consisted of a box of honeybuns in the clerks office. The room was neat, but the airconditioning was loud, there was a foul smell and the bathroom was in bad repair. We were outside trying to get reception on our cell phone because we thought we would be able to cancel through travelocity. While we were on hold, we were approached by two friendly drunk guys that where part of the crowd hanging around the inn. After being on hold for what seemed like forever, we got a recording stating that the office was closed. So not only will I never stay at this inn again, but I will never trust a travel agent "GoodBuy" again either.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; front desk person was helpful. No amenities; had to ask twice for extra towels; no continental breakfast. This was a decent place to stay, and conveniently located, with an easy drive straight into Fayetteville. The room was clean, but had no hair dryer, iron, etc. Asked for and received a dryer at the front desk.

This isn't a fancy place but the price is right, it was clean and comfortable, safe, rooms were big enough... no problems.

Free wireless. Older hotel. Signs of wear. Older hotel. Clean though. Wireless internet access (free) and convenient to business.

Availability on a football game weekend. Facilities were in poor condition and light bulbs were dim. Motel was run down but the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Absolutely nothing! Dirty, rundown, no alarm clock, smelled bad and lights didn't always work.
