My wife and I stayed at the Springs Hotel about 2 weeks ago. The lobby was great, it has a historical look to it and is very pleasant. The front desk staff were nice and attentive. The room was nice...it had an older look to it; but the hotel is located in the historical district so i didn't mind the room. I think my wife loved the spa the most during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my wife and I will be back next year!

Musty smelling hotel! Water dripping from air conditioning vent on side of wall. Mountain view was side of parking lot on a hill with cliff in back. Had to sign a waiver about car damages or thiefs (really made us feel safe). Hotel manager was VERY uncompationate and just wanted her money! Didn't care that my kids allegies would be affected by the musty rooms! Charged me full price for 2 days even though we didn't stay! NEVER EVER USE THIS HOTEL!

Its location worked very well for our purpose. It had cockroaches on the first and second floors. The hotel was not that bad and I would stay again. There were cockroaches by the pool area when we went swimming later one night, but after telling the front desk about it the problem was taken care of the next day. The room was more spacious than other rooms I've stayed in. The bathroom was very cramped.

I am going to make this short and sweet! The only thing good about this hotel is the location! The hotel is old and filthy! The staff is very rude especially George the front desk clerk. The bathrooms are tiny and the toilets are HORRIBLE! The tubs are stained and even the shower curtain was nasty. There were a pair of socks behind the armoir in my room (gross!) I booked 4 nights but only stayed 2! We moved to the Embassy suites. We paid alot more but it was worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel lobby has you fooled. Once you enter a room, your mouth will drop. The hotel is extremely old. There were only one set of towels in the bsthroom. Both beds, when you sat on them they went into a "V" because the box spring was broken. When we looked under the bed their were packages that someone had left, so that was proof on what kind of maid service there was. Had to stand in line behind several others who were complaing about various things wron in their room. The shower water came out in a trickle. The balcony faced a parking lot and the balcony was filthy. Location was in the heart of town. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They allowed me to take my bulldog with me and the people were friendly. Spa was booked in advance and restaurant closed for remodeling. The hotel needs a face lift. It was dark and dreary with fake plants. The hallways were suffocating because they were so hot and the room air conditioner, although we ran it the whole time, never cooled down the room.

It had a balcony. Right off street so it was kind of loud even though we were 8 floors up. Great location. Balcony is cool to have. We were upgraded upon arrival at no additional charge. Shower worked well. Heater/AC control was very old and a little difficult to figure out and heat didn't work too well either. Wasn't told to reserve spa days in advance so it was booked upon arrival. Overall, I would stay there again though.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Springs Hotel and Spa. It is on the main downtown street so we walked to all the stores and restaurants. It was close to both wax museums and the Alligator Farm was a short drive away. The Spa was very relaxing and affordable. The pool was not open yet but it didn't matter because it rained that weekend. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel but it is on a hill so be prepared to walk. I will definately stay at The Springs Hotel and Spa again.

The location of the hotel was good. The heated pool was not connected to the heater; room was in bad condition and small. The location of the hotel was good and everything else was bad. The heated pool was not connected to the heater. The carpet inside the room was dirty and torn. There was no outlet to connect anything. Furniture was old and beaten up. I was unable to connect to the Internet. Iron did not work. The entertainment center doors would not stay open, we could not watch TV.
