Date of Stay:
June, 2009
The room was large, comfortable, and full of amenities. The hot tub was out of service on our visit.

Even though the motel was in an ideal location, and had excellent front-desk and "morning breakfast" staff, the fact that the housekeeping staff did a very poor job causes me to rate this hotel as very poor. When we first checked into the room, it smelled strongly of "stinky feet." I repeately asked the housekeeping staff to vacuum it, but all they did was spray something on the carpet, which didn't help. Also, the furniture, walls and fixtures were very dirty. I bought some chlorox wipes and in the process of wiping it down, I found what appeared to be dried blood on the door handle and nasal secretions on the coffee table.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed with amenities you actually use. The staff was outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful.

"My husband and I go to Williamsburg all the time. We thought we would give this new hotel a try even though there were no reviews on it. We were not disappointed. This hotel is only about 4 years old and they are already updating even though it looked fine already. We were on the fourth floor, which had recently been renovated. It was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculate. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is within walking distance of many good restaurants. I will be staying here again."

Friendly staff. Even with the air conditioner on high and holding the curtains back away from the unit, the room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy.

Decent accommodations at a decent cost.

Everything. Whirlpool was out of order. I can't believe I got this much for the price paid on Priceline. I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The suite offered micro, fridge, freezer, sink and included kitchen towel and paper products for using micro. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and warm, but the whirlpool was out of order. Would love to stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Williamsburg.

Had available suites. Clean, update. Great free breakfast. Pool, exercise room.

Very nice breakfast and very clean hotel. Noisy - there were a lot of children and they were loud. The hotel was very nice, pleasant and overall a very good experience. The room was very nice for the money.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel is conveniently located. The bathroom looked as if it needs a refresh, as the wallpaper was beginning to peel in two places.

Very nice room. Spacious and comfortable. Several buses of Junior High noisy school age children. I was very disappointed with the pool not being open. If I wanted to go to another hotel to swim I wouldn't have stayed at this one.

The staff was helpful and available for any inquiry. The indoor pool was empty for maintenance at the time.

The room was spacious. The thermostat was ancient and unreliable. The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and attractions. The room was very spacious, but I expected the bed and couch to be more comfortable. I was also disappointed in the out-dated TV set. The thermostat was very old and the room alternated between extremes of cold and hot.The mini-fridge and microwave were welcome additions to our rooms, even for a brief stay. Overall, the hotel met our expectations.

Very plush, large suite, a lot of extras, wonderful aromas! Internet connection difficult. This suite was unexpectedly very large, extra soft pillows, wonderful towels, comfortable beds. Even with a large number of guests, it was very quiet. The free breakfasts were plentiful and varied. The place even smelled wonderful (baking pastires when you enter at night, spicy fragrant rooms). Lots of hot water, clean facilities, extra blankets, smoke free for real! What more could you want?

Spacious rooms, all the amenities you need, nice hot tub and indoor pool. Would’ve liked there to be some snack/soda machines, but you can buy snacks/sodas at the front desk. The rooms are big and clean. There is an indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, nice staff. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and stores.

Spacious rooms and friendly atmosphere. Idid not like the breakfast offering. The hotel was located close to the restaurants my family likes. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would recommend it to anyone.

Neat and clean. Ran out of food. Good bang for the buck. We did encounter a problem with breakfast when the hotel ran out of food at 11:35 am.
