We were traveling with a 6 year old and a 4 month old. The staff was super friendly. The room size was amazing and perfect for a family. We were able to spread out and be comfortable. The pool was a bit on the smaller size however we were the only oens using it so it didnt matter much. The free breakfast is always a huge plus and money saver. I also loved having the whirlpool bathtub in the room!

Room size & breakfast. Traveling with Family, it was nice to have room for the five of us. Breakfast was great; kids loved waffles. Pool was nice, small like most others in hotels.

this hotel was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in it was completely great. the people were friendly and everything was just very nice and i will stay here again....

We would stay again although we did lose power one day & they don't have a generator. The one side of the bed was not comfortable but otherwise the room had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. Just outside of the hustle & bustle of Seattle, close to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was good, but one day they almost ran out of all the good stuff.

We stayed at this hotel during an overnight layover, and it exceeded our expectations greatly. The shuttle bus was sent over to the airport promptly once we called, and drove us to the hotel located about 10 minutes away. There is a snack area right in the lobby, and check-in was a breeze - both a relief to tired travelers. The room was clean, attractive and spacious. We were delighted to see that a complimentary breakfast was included - which was not just a "continental" spread. The breakfast included a variety of bread, eggs, sausage/ham, cereal and freshly made waffles. The shuttle to the airport was on time and our driver was very friendly.

The staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs,I felt the staff did a very good job with hospitality. I did not like the fact thatI had to wait for sausage and eggs, twice cause they didn't have any cooked,I waited more than 30 min. I would recommend this hotel, just work on having all appropriate breakfast foods ready for customers and this would make me happy.

The hotel was not too bad for the price. The television in our room was located a bit skiwapus but the room and bed were comfortable. Location to the city center was only 15 minutes. The morning free breakfast was actually really good. Thhe employees were nice and helpful when we asked for suggestions of what to do in the city and where to eat. We would come to this hotel again.

The best thing about this hotel was the room. The king sized bed was more than comfortable and we just ordered the free shuttle to the area of the locations we wanted to see. Pikes peak was about 10 blocks away and we walked back to the hotel after a wonderful meal at PF Changs downtown. The next morning we enjoyed a terrific breakfast that was an all you can eat hot buffet that included waffels with strawberrys and whip cream. We could not have picked a better place for the price!

We just wanted a place to overnight near SEATAC. This is not the best for that because the hotel shuttle is difficult to summon and runs only on the hour and not at all late at night (when we needed it.) In-hotel breakfast area was a zoo on Saturday morning.

Great breakfast buffet. Most hotels don't offer such a variety of foods to choose from! Rooms were also pretty clean. None.

We were forced to use Valet parking and couldnt acces our car without having to call ahead which took over an hour to get the car brought up. The service was iffy at best and we were treated like more of an anoyance by staff then people who pai a great deal to stay. The day of check out 2 of the 3 elevators were taken out of service leaving many who were trying to check out to wait for over 30 minutes to an hour to get to the lobby. staff there thought they were the priority on the elevators that day because they had cleaning and lunch to take care of for themselfs. they refused to exit the elevators with thier big carts to let the guests get to the lobby or back to thier rooms leaving many guests to use the stairs. we were on the 8th floor and with my knee we could not use the stairs. it took us well over 45 minutes of waiting on our floor for the 1 elevator to have enough room for us to enter it. When we let the front desk know what was going on they said we shoud have used the stairs because the staff only had 1 elevator to use. this is not ok with me. We will certainly use another Hotel for our next stay in seattle

This Spring Hill Suites was perfect for our little family of 4. Our 6 year old was thrilled with the 2nd T.V. in the room so he could watch Disney. The Food was the best continental breakfast we have had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast included. Not walking distance to anything. This hotel had everything we needed. The breakfast was a little better than just a small continental, and the staff were friendly. The pool could have been a bit larger and you can't walk anywhere, but Wal Mart is a short distance away in a vehicle. We also liked that we could pick up a courtesy menu in our room that had all the different types of food places such as Mexican, chicken, Chinese etc., that we could just call for delivery service.

As a picky family of five who just came off of an Alaskan cruise, we were tired and ready to crash. The room was big enough to comfortably fit us (4 adults + 1 child) and our luggage (9 bags + souvenirs). The front desk was ALWAYS kind and willing to help during our 3 day stay. We were used to the luxuries of the cruise experience and it was continued at our hotel stay (minus the food). If this is standard at Springhill Suites, they are my new hotel!

This hotel is clean and well maintained. It is a good value for the money and we actually tried to get back in at the end of our trip but were unable to do so.

As a single mother, I just felt safe there. There was frogs that were near by that were noisy. Sounded like forest. We loved the hotel. Even when my kids tried to call home (long distance), they reversed the charges since it was a mistake. We definitely will stay there again. Very central to all that we wanted to do while in Seattle.

In-room amenities were great - microwave, fridge and 2 TVs! Very spacious and clean. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Breakfast staff did an excellent job of restocking and maintaining the buffet area. Located in a quiet area, close to everything by car.

Size or room and two TV's in each suite. Light in bathroom was burned out and they were unable to replace it before morning. Good place to stay with children or teens. Nice size pool and very nice breakfast buffet. Room was clean and they staff was very helpful to insure we had adjoining rooms.

Nice pool/spa but over-chlorinated. Breakfast area very crowded and guest room cramped especially for a suite. This is a reasonable place for a few nights. Decent location and fairly quiet. The rooms are suites in name only though - I've seen ordinary hotel rooms with much more space. Noisy plumbing too. Free internet is nice and breakfast isn't bad although far too crowded to find a seat. The indoor pool is a nice extra.

"The staff at this hotel was wonderful. The front desk helped us find a great restaurant by the water, the house keeper returned a battery charger we left in the room. The service was truely exceptional. The only problem was the location which was in an industrial park - albeit a very nice industrial park - but certainly not convenient to walking - and a car is a must here. This hotel would be 5 star in a more convenient location."
