This hotel was comfortable and clean, but another hotel chain was constructing a new hotel new door. The location was a little tricky to get to, but the stop light to turn into the street helped. The soda machine did not work, but the front desk returned the lost money. I might stay here again, but there were other hotels that were located in more convenient areas.

The experience was totally great everything was clean and the staff was great. Nothing. I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will continue to return for my trips into the area.This has become my home away from home.

Of all the hotels I have stayed at in the BR area, this is my favorite. The rooms are nice and clean, but I am a "people" person, and the staff is what keeps me going back. This was my third stay, and I have yet to be disappointed. I felt like it was time for me to write a review, I loved it so much! Family time, Self time, Hubby time... this is a nice place to be and it is worth the money!!!! GREAT ROOMS-GREAT STAFF-GREAT VALUE- - - what more could you ask for!!!

My daughter was participating in a wedding that weekend and we were bringing my 6 mos. old grandson with us. The facility was perfect. Plenty of room for the in-house crib and a little kitchen with microwave and refrigerator so we could take care of his needs without having to leave. The location was easily accessible being right off I-10 and 1 exit away from the mall!

Very new and clean. Nothing. This hotel appears nearly new. Everything was in excellent condition. The fridge, microwave, wet bar and sofa made for a very comfortable stay. The check-in staff was very helpful and friendly.

Only there for one night but it was very nice. About 30 minutes after check in, received a call from the front desk to ask how our room was, which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent and included something for everyone. Hotel also has a small store with various food items and snacks for purchase 24/7. Located in good area.

My fiance and I just needed to get away, and I'm soooo glad we stayed here. The staff was nice and the rooms were wonderful. We slept like babies. The only bad experience we had here was nearly getting stuck in the elevator. Luckily, we were able to pull the doors open. We advise guests to use the stairs. Overall-- GREAT VALUE!

It was so conveniently located to everywhere we went. Someone was smoking one night and the smoke managed to filter into our bathroom. They need to police the no smoking policy better. This hotel was very well kept, close to everything, with easy freeway access. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

Staff and rooms. There were not any issues with this hotel. Nice hotel, close to shopping malls and local college and businesses in the area. Staff was helpful and friendly and rooms are spacious. Have any amenity that might be needed by both a business traveler and a family as well.
