The SpringHill Suites Sioux Falls is just a short walk from the Empire Mall. The Great Plains Zoo is less than four miles from this Sioux Falls hotel. The Washington Pavilion Arts Center is five miles away. The nearby Delbridge Museum of Natural History is open seven days a week, and provides 145 specimens of mounted wildlife. Falls Park has an observation tower to view the waterfalls that gave this city its name.

It had a really modern feel. The staff was not particularly helpful. The hotel was really nice. It was extremely clean. I loved the huge amount of pillows! The beds were super comfortable. The room had 2 flat screen TV's, a fridge, dining area and microwave. It was great for leisure stay and I'm sure it would be great for business and families as well.

We liked this hotel. The Staff was excellent! We stayed 5 nights and on the 3rd night we had a wedding party next to us which kept us up for several hours. When we called to complain, someone was up immediately to solve the problem. The next day, we asked to be moved because the party would be back again that evening. They not only moved us to a quieter room, they upgraded us to the best room in the hotel. The staff was helpful, polite, pleasant and accommodated our needs! We would definitely stay here again! They were wonderful!

Great rooms and TVs. No hot tub. Everything was excellent, except we were disappointed there was not a hot tub. Every hotel should have a hot tub! The pool water was also on the cold-side-needs to be warmer!

Stayed at this new place last weekend and my kids loved it. Very modern lobby and the rooms were fun. Great to have a refrigerator and microwave too. The breakfast was really good and we loved having the fresh fruit on vacation. Definitely will go back.

Nice place. I would definately stay there again. This hotel would be great if traveling with children or more than one traveler as it had a sitting area and also a nice desk area in addition to the bedroom. The fact that it was a year old was also very pleasant.

My husband & I celebrated our 9th anniversary in a Whirlpool Spa at the new hotel. Our mother-n-law gave us a gift certificate and told us it was just our style - and it was! We felt like we were in California, a true getaway from home! The front desk was so nice and fun too! The free shuttle brought us to Downtown Sioux Falls so we could go out to eat and walk around and enjoy the nice summer evening air. We called the hotel to be picked up a few hours later and they returned us to the hotel to enjoy their Romance Package in our Spa room. We woke up in the morning to the smell of breakfast down the hall and enjoyed that free too! We recommend this hotel for the couples who want to celebrate any special occassion for a night out in Sioux Falls.

Clean, no smoke smells, or insects. The sliding door for the bathroom was made of glass and allowed light into the sleeping area if the bathroom was used during the night. It was a new motel and we liked it . We will go back.

Modern and upscale decor of the hotel, lobby, and rooms. Also the walkin showers and the LCD TVs. the pool is very small and there is no hot tub. Overall very nice new hotel and excellent rooms but we just wish it had a hot tub.

Becky at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Pool water was yucky & there was no jacuzzi. Super staff and clean environment. We loved the continental breakfast but were disappointed with the pool. It was not deep enough & was overly chemically treated.

The decor was new and unique. Everywhere you looked there were different patterns and textures. The only thing I did not like is the fact that it is so far away from home! This hotel was the best I've ever stayed at, for a price I have payed for some less than pleasing places. The staff was friendly. The hotel and the rooms were decorated so uniquely, I had to bring my family by to show it off! The beds were very comfy. The walk in shower with adjustable shower head was amazing! The complimentary breakfast was yummy with lots to choose from. I just cannot say enough and can't wait to go back!

The room was nice and clean. The staff was rude when we got there and then they set up a ride to the airport and the ride never came and I was late to catch my flight. Unreliable accommodations.

Didn't care for the color selections for the hallway walls and carpet. Brand new hotel with very nice staff. Only thing I didn't care for was the color selection of the carpet and wallpaper in the hallways. The room itself was not the same theme and very nicely done.

It was very modern and everything was top of the line. The elevator did not work for about 15 minutes. The hotel was amazing. The staff was overly accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were very spacious, as were the bathrooms. When you're traveling with 2 young children, it's nice to know that you're in a safe and clean place and do not have to worry about anything. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The room was well-lit, roomy, nicely furnished and decorated, roomy breakfast area. The hallway wallpaper and carpet were way too busy! It almost made me nauseous. This hotel was beautifully decorated in the rooms and lobby areas with modern color and design. The rooms were comfortable and functional. Our family enjoyed the spaciousness.
