Clean and comfortable. Temperature was difficult to control. A great room for a great price because of Priceline.

This hotel was up to Marriott's usual standarads--clean, friendly staff, simple yet ample breakfast. We will stay here again--probably in September.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Excellent room-good location. Priceline should have a button or notice to warn customers that some hotels are smoke-free. Located across the street from plaza with a wide variety of restaurants. Only microwave and mini-fridge.

Upon my family's entrance into the hotel we felt a sense of comfort from the initial interaction of the staff at the front desk. They were so welcoming and pleasant. I am a believer in that first impressions last forever. The hotel was clean on the outside and inside. The breakfast was subperb. Housekeeping was easy accessible. Front desk responded immediately to all request.

The breakfast was very tasty and the staff restocked supplies efficiently. No shuttle service anywhere. The hotel was like a little oasis in the middle of nowhere - there were stores nearby and accessible by foot for those without cars or with limited access to transportation.

Great location and a good exercise room. Great location and a wonderful layout of the hotel and the suites. Staff has always been friendly and professional, even housekeeping.

The hotel was very nice and we would definitely stay there again. The room was smaller than expected and very cramped. The accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was much smaller than we expected it to be and we felt cramped. The breakfast area was crowded and the staff seemed to have trouble keeping up with the demands. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

Very roomy, priced well, excellent breakfast bar. Kids too rowdy in pool and unsupervised. Hotel staff was very helpful during our stay. The room was roomy and clean. Good location with shopping nearby.

Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and was spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good but the room was too small. Need more tables to accommodate number of people. We were very pleased with the location of this hotel. The area around the hotel offers plenty of restaurants and shopping. I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the room and the comfort of the beds. These were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a hotel. I would stay here again if we are in the area. It is also only 12 miles from Kings Dominion.

Convenient, clean, gym, free wired internet. No wireless internet, no real restaurant. Overall I thought it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, it had an indoor pool and small gym, the rooms were large. The only negatives were one of the treadmills had a slipping belt, no wireless internet, no on-site restaurant. They offered a free breakfast but it was nothing to write home about.

I was surprised to see that this was a suite not just another room. Great free breakfast. Can't think of anything. I was very pleased with my short stay. We checked in late and left early. There was a great free breakfast in the morning, a nice swimming pool, large rooms and nice staff.

Space is good. The restaurant is too small, a bit crowded in the morning. The price is still a bit higher than the expected star level. But it is good enough.

Great value for the money, and full continental breakfast. Awesome! The only drawback to this hotel was the extremely loud air conditioning unit in the room. Overall the hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, mini kitchen in the room, and a great breakfast. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and free in-room internet access. A/C vents would be better adjustable to redirect air away from the bed. A good value for the money! Friendly and helpful staff, adequate breakfast, and comfortable room.

Liked the suite; the bathroom was nice; the breakfast was good. The sofa wasn't comfortable; the evening clerk was grumpy and uncooperative; the only thing we wanted to know was where the nearest Catholic Church wa. The clerk at the desk on Sun morning, immediately pulled out a sheet with various Catholic Churches and their directions. When a clerk isn't nice, it leases its mark.

I like the way the room was set up with sofa, fridge, and microwave. It also had lots of amenities. Very pleased. Very clean, safe location, quiet, cozy, but still very assessable to everything.

Very good quality for the price. Perhaps there were too many pieces of furniture in the room. Pleasant surprise. Very good quality for the price. In a good area and they gave me a quiet room for sleeping.

Very good breakfast. Internet. Very clean, nice motel, door fire hazard and crew didnt care told them everyday nothing done about it took the who cares attitude.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was cramped and furniture worn. The room was small and cramped. Its shape also made it dark. The furniture and carpet were worn and dated. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of soft and firm pillows. The HVAC unit and mini-fridge were competent. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were thin and rough. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The public areas were better lit, better appointed and more spacious than my room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. It had several hot items in addition to the usual fare found with more typical continental breakfasts. The hotel is located in a safe area near I-95 and I-295. Close by are two strip malls, one interior mall, one movie theater and many familiar restaurants. Parking was plentiful and well-lit.

The room was terrific, the staff was more than accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great. I liked everything. I highly praise this hotel and the staff.
