My girlfriend was feeling under the weather and the guy at the front desk was very sympathetic. He found her some alka-seltzer - it wasn't a huge gesture, but sincerely offered, and she did feel better the next day!

Did not know the hotel was under renovation when I made the reservation. The room had an awful odor. The breakfast ""buffet"" was set up in a first floor room. They basically moved the furniture and set up the food. If I would have known about the construction at this hotel, I would not have stayed here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I took advantage of the continental breakfast during my stay and it was pretty good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for families and those looking for a decent hotel.

The layout of the room. Our room was right outside the elevators. The rooms were spaciest and clean. The room had a good layout and would work well for a business traveler or for recreation.

An added wall doesn't make a room a suite. Room smelled and wasn't particularly clean. Would not stay here again.

This was a great hotel to stay in, beds were ok, room was clean, didn't visit the pool area, but the free access to internet and full breakfast every morning was great!

It was a great stay over all, room was nice. Shampoo, soap, etc was not very nice and were different brands each day that the maid left them(?) Breakfast was great! Free internet was great! Could have used room service and/or a better gift shop. All staff was very friendly.

Pristine in all areas, continental breakfast exceeded expectations. Not one thing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Should I return to OKC, I would definitely patron this establishment again. The room was beautiful and was exceptionally clean. The customer service was great and a grand continental breakfast was provided.

Great linens. No vending - ridiculously high snack prices. The beds are great! The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It was a relaxing stay, minus the noise from the pool but that is to be expected.

Service was great and the free cocktail hour was appreciated. No wireless internet in the rooms. This was a great hotel room, large, suite with kitchenette and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the internet is not wireless in the rooms.
