The room -- billed as a "suite" -- wasn't as big as some regular hotel rooms we have stayed in. While the place was fairly clean, there were some indications of wear and tear -- small tears and stains in the carpet near the bathroom sink. It was comfortable enough, though probably not worth the price.

The quality for the price! Beautifully decorated. Bathroom was a little small.

One night stay in this nice motel. Conveniently located and placed close to downtown's Gurley and Cortez where events happen. Placed next to a small shopping strip with two great Chinese Restaurants, grocery chain, office supply chain, bookstore, and more. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the morning buffet was good and adequate for the morning's start- small but has hot and cold foods. Observing other patrons, I saw a great variety of people and families and everyone seemed happy and satisfied there. We enjoyed the comfy room, a kitchenette with l/r, b/r setting, and good, firm king bed and fluffy pillows. Not noisy at all. Our room had no view to speak of but others probably did... we didn't care. All in all, a good night's stay. We would stay again. If anything to complain about, it would be overpriced vending machine in lobby... that's all. Nice, convenient, e-z access, clean, well kept!

My stay at SpringHill Suites Prescott was brief, but very nice. The hotel amenities are great for business travelers, especially the early morning breakfast and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and businesses.

Friendly staff - clean. The staff was helpful & friendly. The location was excellent to meet my needs. It was quiet. The hot breakfast was also very good with extended hours.

Wish we had spent all of our time at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Felt very secure. Breakfast included waffles, eggs and sausage. Close to downtown historic Prescott. We were on our way back from the Grand Canyon and only spent one night here. We did not get a chance to visit the pool. Before visiting the Grand Canyon we were in Prescott visiting relatives and stayed out on Hwy. 69. Nice area but 10 minutes from downtown and our relatives.

The suite was not really two rooms. Difficult for one person to sleep while the other watched TV in the other half. Positives close to downtown, shopping, restaurants. Great staff. Asked for our room to be cleaned, staff immediately got to work, and when they were finished they came downstairs and notified us that the room was ready.

The room was very comfy. Breakfast was really good. We had to go home. Excellent.

Our third family trip to this hotel and things had been upgraded and renovated. Higher quality bedding and towels; nicer decor. The indoor pool and spa are clean and were nearly empty (but can get crowded in the summer months). The exercise room has a treadmill, elliptical and bike with free weights and one weight machine designed to allow 20 different exercises. While this is a suite hotel, the room can get crowded if you choose to use the pull-out sofa bed but it has a nice counter and sink and eating area. The location is commercial in and of itself, but is within walking distance of historic downtown Prescott and is also 150 feet from a grocery store/mini mall. They also have a nice business center with high speed internet access and two computers available for guests. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and not crowded. Overall, a nice stop for family or business.

The SpringHill Suites Prescott is a nice friendly place to stay in Prescott, AZ. The place is clean and centrally located. The included breakfast was definately a time/money saver and greatly appreciated ! Close walk to Whiskey Row, restraunts, supermarket and fast foods. Parking was easy and free. Staff was helpful in every way requested.

The rooms are like suites as you have sleeping, sitting, dining/kitchen areas. I had to move/ended up in wheel chair room - hated it. I love this hotel because of the decor and rooms are suites. It just seems so upscale. Too bad I had to spend it in the hospital room with no decor, just huge room wheel chair accessible because the room next to me was drinking and partying. I asked for a quiet room and was promised quiet. Instead of making them quiet down, I had to move.

It was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time and there was no foul odors. This hotel had everything I needed or wanted and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the hotel that we had stayed at. From the moment we got there, my son had told me that the next time we came out that he would like to stay there again.

Great breakfast. We had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean and comfortable room, well appointed furniture and fixtures and a very pleasant staff. Our key cards were accidentally deactivated after our first nights stay. Front desk staffed 24/7 with courteous and clean cut crew. Great lobby breakfast program but the OJ dispenser was not working. Road construction in the area was causing a lot of congestion. Very professionally managed.

The room exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the breakfast. There were not enough of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel, location, cleanliness, staff! Our BEST trip ever! I was shocked how beautiful this hotel was. The rooms, bed, breakfast, pool, patio, staff, etc. was FANTASTIC. We travel a lot within state and I can't believe I've never been to Prescott and I can't believe I've never stayed at the Marriott Spring hill Suites! You spoiled us all weekend!
