Beautiful entry, rooms were nice, bed was so comfortable. The pool was a little scary. It was bubbly due to chemicals. I loved this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff was great and the accomodations were first rate! Very pleased.

I would not stay any place other than Springhill Suites when I visit the Virginia Beach area. the hotel is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. Location is wonderful, there is a major chain restaurant right outside the doors of the hotel. Great lighting when parking in the rear of the hotel. My spouse and I love the atmosphere at the hotel and they have a great breakfast buffet!Great place to stay on business or vacation!

Large room, great pool, and breakfast buffet wonderful. Nothing. Great weekend stay with family while driving through Virginia to NC. Hotel is very nice. Pool is small, but adequate, has hot tub. Close to shopping malls, movies, etc.

Hotel was beautiful - lobby was spacious and very airy looking out into the ocean. The continental free breakfast was probably one of the best I have ever had and thoroughly enjoyed. Waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. and something for everyone! Room was great - wonderful view of the beach; very clean and housekeeping was very friendly. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The indoor and outdoor pool were great and you are just a few steps from the beach. Only downside was that once you were in the parking garage you had to go down to the lobby and then back up to your hotel floor with all your luggage so that was kind of a bummer but other than that, the hotel is wonderful and definitely warrants another stay next year. Great for families with kids! Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and all it offered - especially the free lollipops at the front desk all day - my child loved those!!! Worth the price paid!

The area, cleanest and the service. The hotel was all that I expected. It provided everything that was needed for my stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. And the hotel had many convenience restaurants around it and it was accessible to the interstate and popular places to go with ease.
