This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. First of all, the hotel is located in a trash area. Secondly, the room was dirty, dirty. I saw a roach crawled on top of the sink. The stay was a nightmare.

There was a lady on the hotel staff that was so sweet. She always smiled and said hello to me. She welcomed me back to TN. The staff was impressive. Sort of a moldy smell in the room. Overall, I thought it was a fine hotel. It isn't romantic. It isn't high-end. However, it is a safe, relatively clean place to stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was a great hotel to stay in since I was on a budget and in town for an event.

This new Marriot hotel is an excellent value for the money. Room was nicely appointed and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous - always a good morning or some other introduction when walking through the door or off the elevator. Considering the low cost of the hotel, breakfast was quite nice. If there is one nit to pick, it is that the hotel is advertised as an all suites hotel, but there is no divider of substance between the bedroom and kitchen/living room/dining area. There is a large opening with no door so that the area is completely open, allowing for little privacy other than using the bathroom. But all in all, a very nice hotel for the price.

The SpringHill Suites Nashville MetroCenter is located adjacent to several Tennessee state office buildings. It's across the street from car dealers including Nashville's Cadillac/Hummer dealership. While there are limited dining and entertainment options within walking distance, travellers with transportation will find the location very convenient to I-65 and I-40. Historic Broadway Street and 2nd avenue are less than a five minute drive, or a $10 cab ride away. This area includes the Ryman Auditorium, Wild Horse Saloon, as well as both convention centers. The well trained staff was pleasant, and the rooms were very spacious and thoroughly cleaned. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and always well stocked. I look forward to staying at the SpringHill Suites Nashville MetroCenter again!

I like that there was an indoor pool AND outdoor (even thought the outdoor was not open). The pool was somewhat small/kids weren't as welcome - more for business.

We spent a weekend in Nashville recently and found the suite very nice. The accomadations were clean and well decorated. The price was very reasonable and the Waffles were great!

The overall quality was above my expectations. Loved the pool. No one to help with bags. The quality was excellent for the money. It was truly a suite with a desk large enough to use the free hi speed internet. The furnishings, bed, and decor were tasteful. The staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful.

Room size, breakfast buffet, staff, towels were soft. Pool was really small, shower head low, toilet seat was going off. Pretty good value for the price. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast buffet far exceeded the traditional choices for a continental breakfast.

Great size room for the money. Nice amenities. Very friendly staff. Big room with mini wet kitchen, desk, separate living room, bedroom and bathroom - with the vanity in a separate area from the toilet and shower. A couple of miles from downtown, but there is a shuttle van that is $5 each way, which will drop you off exactly where you want to go downtown, and pick you up at your specified time. The staff was unbelievably friendly, and the room was fantastic for the money.

The room was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel is located very close to where I needed to go the next morning. I like having the little snack shop if I wanted something, could get it without going out. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always a pleasure to be around, especially when checking in. The room was very nice and clean, and thanks for the water.

Very clean and I loved the fact it had a microwave in it. The bed was comfortable. Very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast is complementary - bagels, toast, cereal etc. Microwaves in room as well as a mini refrigerator. It is great for extended stay, iron and ironing boards are in the room for your convenience as well as hair dryers.

I liked the pool and hot tub area and also the kitchen area in the room. The hotel was close to government housing. The hotel was nice for the area it was clean and newly remodeled and smoke free and the continental breakfast was good, there was a lot to choose from.
