We shopped at Apache Mall, ate dinner at Michael's and ate twice at Canadian Honkers. We also made a trip to Owatonna, MN to see Cabela's-one of our favorite places to see and shop. We thought the location for where we wanted to go was quite good in relationship to our travel. I did have a little concern about the location of the hotel, and I will have to search a little more before I feel totally comfortable staying there again. Of course, I liked the price of the room ($99 a night), but the furniture was quite outdated and not real comfortable. We did feel it was a clean room, and the staff were fairly helpful.

We traveled to Rochester for medical visits & surgery @ the Mayo Clinic. This facility was very nice. It is not a luxury hotel but it was very clean and the staff helpful. Although it was necessary to take the shuttle to the Mayo Clinic it was directly across the street from St. Mary's Hospital where the surgery took place. Everyone in the city of Rochester is extremely kind and helpful to all that travel to the Mayo Clinic. Under the circumstances, our trip was very pleasant. Summer weather in Rochester is wonderful. We would definitely recommend Spring Hill Suites and stay there again.

Proximity to St.Mary's Hospital and nearby restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing. Everything promised except for breakfast eggs cool, no bacon or sausage, stale bagels, despite this accommodation itself was excellent and would recommend.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while my husband was being seen as a patient at the Mayo Clinic. The hotel is located approx. 9 blocks west of the Mayo Clinic and directly across the street from St. Mary's Hospital, so very conviently located. We arrived in Rochester at 11AM and we were allowed to check in early at no extra charge. The staff was very friendy , professional and accomodating. Our room was EXTREMELY clean and spacious. We found the bed to be very comfortable. A nice complimentary breakfast was served in the AM. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and we would deffinitly stay there again. I just want to add that this hotel offers free onsite parking which is difficult to find in this area. A great overall value!

The room was perfect, the people were extremely helpful in every way possible. The location was perfect for the Mayo Clinic area, the price was fair. I can't think of one thing! The room was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was extremely clean, which is the utmost of importance on my list. We had a newspaper every morning. Wow! The shower drain was backing up a bit but the staff took care of it immediately. The only thing I wish they had was a safe for our valuables. The continental breakfast was a plus. I have never seen hotel carpeting, that was so clean! I'm in the carpet cleaning business so I know. I will positively stay there again and tell all of my traveling friends.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mattresses in our room needed to be replaced or flipped. We were at this hotel for 24 days and had the greatest service of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff met our every need with smiling faces and was happy to do so. The breakfast was consistent and hot. We will stay there again.

Continental breakfast was very nice, great bed and pillows. Stale air in room. All in all was a great room. The room did have a stale smoke smell though and the only elevator was very slow.

Staff very friendly and I loved the cookies in the pm. But the hotel was just fine. I stayed there for the fact that it was across the street from the hospital that I was going to for my mom. In Rochester where the Mayo Clinic is there are lots of sick people and/or families of sick people and the staff at the hotel where very a tuned to that and were very helping. I would stay here again. It is one of the nicer hotels in Rochester.
