Date of Stay: September, 2007

I visited this hotel as member of a car club, the management was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The room was large but somewhat awkward in layout, the tv was on a cart located against the divider between the two sections of the room, the closet was tiny and the dresser was the tv stand, it was just fine for one, but might have been awkward for 3-4 people. Cleanliness was good, breakfast was excellent and location is also excellent. I would most definately stay there again.

Very nice rooms & friendly staff. The hotel is in a business park area. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The rooms were clean & were decorated in a very restful way. I would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with the size of the room and the convienence of having a two tv's and microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was idea for traveling family. Appears to be well kept.

We had stayed in a Springhill Suites just the week before on a family vacation and chose it again for a long weekend. We had lived in the area16 years ago and the area we stayed in was quiet and easily accessible to food, activities and shopping. The hotel was very comfortable, a little noisy through the walls, but excellent room amenities. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices, hot and cold. We would gladly stay at a Springhill Suites property anywhere again.

The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. It was just a little out of the way for where we were going, but that was ok. It was a great hotel. I would definitely recommend it to other family members or friends. The staff was very friendly. It made our trip even more enjoyable.

we stayed here on our way to vacation and on our way back home.very nice room.we had 2 double beds,sofa pullout,fridge,micro,coffee pot.the breakfast bar could of been better though.There rates are cheaper on the weekends than they are during the week.Applebees and mcdonalds are right next door,and theres a mall about 4miles away.

Best breakfast, wonderful staff & beautiful. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the decor is beautiful. Every staff member at the hotel was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

We were very happy with the room; it was very clean and comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. It was close to plenty of shopping and food, and it was only 15 or 20 minutes to downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Quality of sheets & renovation done pretty well. Shower handle broke & 11 miles out of Louisville. Good breakfast, out of the way location.

This was a perfect hotel for what we were looking to do. The rooms were VERY clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. All the rooms are identical, and are set up in a suite style, complete with kitchen, bedroom, and living area. The location was about 20 min from downtown Louisville but the price was VERY affordable and the hotel was all we could ask for! Thanks Marriott, you did it again!

Spacious, and fit our needs. No lotion? Upon walking in, I felt like a star. The area was well kept, the hallways smelled fresh. The room was beyond my expectation. It was a pleasant stay. I wish I had time to make use of the pool and hot tub!

"The room was satisfactory; however, it was tiny. No dishes in the kitchen area. The TV in the Fitness Center didn't work. The computer in the Business Center won't stay connected to the internet. Everything was being worked on. The pool was closed on our first day. The room's heater didn't work properly and the room lacked basic amenities such as lotion and hair conditioner. This hotel needs a serious handyman. "

The staff wassuper friendly and helpful. The towels were scratchy and smelled funny. While not obviously dirty, the rooms weren't exceptionally clean, either. While I would definitely stay there again, some improvements could be made. The mattresses could definitely use an upgrade. Many of the linens were less than pristine, as well. On the other hand, the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly--what you would expect from a much pricier hotel. The complimentary hot breakfast was good, as well. My children enjoyed the indoor pool, which was very clean and well-maintained.

Clean rooms, lobby, etc. & location is beautiful and placed a great spot near restaurants, etc. Can't think of one thing. Definitely worth staying, relaxing, great breakfast, when you need towels, you get them right then. Courteous too!
