There are several other hotels on this street, a block away from a big kroger, a few blcoks from Target and Walmart. Hotel was clean, room set up very nice. One sink by kitchen area, disposable plates and utensils (individually wrapped!) can be found in the microwave oven. Free wireless internet and COMFY BED with LOTS OF PILLOWS!!! Sink outside bathroom, for those who prefer it (like me!!!). Ice machine on each floor, continental breakfast was nice. Friendly & helpful staff.

I expected better from a Mariott hotel. Also, I expected not to be billed by the hotel when online travel website had already charged my credit card.

The Springhill Suites was a very nice hotel. The staff were very curtious and nice. The kids loved the indoor pool and compared to others this one was actually warm and comfortable to step right in. Our suite was roomy and clean. Their deluxe breakfast was great and most everything was family friendly. It was close to good dining areas which was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

Helpful. Hair in bathroom upon arrival bugs on bathroom wall during the night. You could tell this could be a great hotel but management was failing. Beds were good lots of pillows nice room but. Hair on toilet upon arrival and bugs on the wall in the middle of the night ugh!

Pool & free breakfast. Room was more of an oversized open area vs. two separate areas. Good staff, plenty of food for breakfast, satisfactory in-door pool, clean hotel & room.

It was spacious, practical and homey. The television was not fully operable and house keeping, although pleasant and compiling, was extremely slow. There was a great ambiance in general, and all business and personal needs were able to be fulfilled due to all of the services and amenities which were available. Breakfast was great!

Modern decor. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. Good choice for business travelers needing to stay several days since all rooms are suites with microwave & fridge, sitting area with small sofa and chair, and desk/work area with Internet connection. Adequate accommodations for other travelers but nothing special.

The bed and pillows were excellent, and I really like having a refrigerator and microwave. Hotel was easy to get to and was beautiful and clean and everything in the room worked. I could not believe what a nice room it was. The breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Hotel was very clean, wonderful breakfast, staff was very friendly, we were on our way to a funeral, and the staff had breakfast ready early. No problems. The hotel was very well maintained, staff exceptionally friendly, we were on our way to a funeral and had to leave very early in the morning, the staff had our breakfast ready a bit early so we were able to enjoy an early breakfast, which by the way was wonderful.

Excellent location, helpful staff and availability of computer for guests. Everything exceeded my expectations. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in during the past few years. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to all of my friends. The management and staff should be commended highly.

The hotel had a nice appearance. The1st roomgiven to me had someone else in it when I went to the room. It made a very ackward situation. The hotel was fine, but that situation with my room was very inconvenient.

This hotel has a excellent breakfast buffet. There is nothing that we did not like about this hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay. Located in a very nice section of Little Rock. The service was top quality and the employees were very nice and helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Little Rock.
