The layout and space of the room. It was nice. The room was large and spacious enough for a family. The breakfast was decent and the area where served was nice. I would recommend to others and would stay there again.

We have stayed here a half dozen times over the last 4 years when we visit family in the area. It's a clean hotel, close to the freeway and to Old Mesilla. The staff works hard to meet your needs. We discover there is always something being improved upon with each visit. They added wireless internet a few visits back, for instance. On the last visit we discovered their breakfast menu had changed to add eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. to their otherwise nice selection of waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagel type breakfast. (They always have coffee available.) They told us they were going to have a multi-million dollar renovation of their lobby, breakfast area (increase its size) and business center. While it may not rank as an "excellent" hotel in an ideal sense, we are always impressed by their ongoing care for the customers and their ongoing improvements in the features offered to their customers. There are more and more hotels in the area to choose from. But we keep coming back to this one because of their commitment to improvements.

The staff was friendly and you were made to feel like they did their jobs competently. It met our expectations.

Location - close to everything. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean - very friendly staff - very comfortable rooms, and nice over all facilities.

The lollipops, the breakfast & the room. My room was never cleaned all 4 days that I was there. Our first day after we slept there we came back to an uncleaned room. I had to call the front desk to get our room cleaned. They said that they were short staffed. The room was cleaned at around 5:30 pm with me & my family in the room. The second day we were out all day & got to the room very late. The room was never cleaned. We left early the following morning & returned again very late. Once again the room was not cleaned. That evening I called down to the front desk to ask why our room was not cleaned. Again I was told that the were under staffed. The gentleman on the phone said that he would leave a note for his supervisor for the following morning. The next day we went down to the front desk. The supervisor was there. He said that he would call our room in a little while. He called about an hour later & expressed his apologies & wanted to credit us for 2 nights. We were very disappointed with the hotel. It was very unprofessional.

The Lobby and breakfast area were very mold. Small details like vanity not being completed. We had a great time, great room. The power went out for 2 hours, but there was a bad storm and totally not their fault. I would stay there again!

Layout and size of the room. TV was located in an awkward space. Bed was squeaky and everything else was satisfactory. We would stay here again.

Staff outstanding. Great breakfast. Hall carpets rather dozing. Look forward to another stay in the future. Marriott Spring hill Suites very pleasant.

The lobby. The room was a bit crowded. Amazing new lobby and hallways, makes you think that the rooms would follow the theme, but not. Although a suite, it was very tight.

Very modern, clean and beautiful! More TV channel selection. I loved this place. It was a pleasant surprise for the price.

I didn't like it. It was not a 2.5 or a 3.0 star hotel. At best a 2.0. They ran out of clean bath towels; they ran out of food; they did not have enough help.

Staff was very friendly - last hotel had a gorgeous pool but not open yet. Breakfast was just so-so.

Lounge area in room divided from sleeping area. Nothing. Found the room quiet, the fitness room well-equipped, and everything was clean and neat and ready upon arrival.

Unknown. Didn't get to stay at the hotel I reserved. I didn't get to stay there. Nice looking place. Didn't get to stay because it was overbooked.

Size of the suite and breakfast. On the far side of town. The suite was especially useful for a business traveler. The breakfast was excellent - anything and everything. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was great. No in door swimming pool it was some time to cool and winded the Kids and husband upside that the couldn't go swimming.

The room was lovely & a free bottled water greeted us. The fact that the toilet did not work. The most of the staff was kind, the room was clean, attractive & spacious, the oatmeal was great, but discovering the toilet did not work at 3am, sucessfully wiped all of that out.

It had a nice breakfast buffet. The beds mattress wasn't up to the hotel. Clean, quiet hotel with good access to things in area and to the freeway. Hotels in this area seem to be overpriced in comparison to some other areas I have been in.
