Springhill Suites @ Turkey Creek in Knoxville is an excellant place to stay. It is located in the newest and growing shopping are in Knoxville. The hotel is very well maintained and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice with an excellant layout. It was quiet and being totally smoke free, very pleasureable at all times.

A wonderful stay!! Great amenities, comfortable room, huge walk-in closet. Very nicely decorated and clean!! Good service and outstanding location. Delivery from near-by restaurants available for weary travelers (Olive Garden, Logan's Roadhouse).

Location! The sleeping room was surface cleaned. Behind night table, dust was thick. Overall, the hotel provided a good experience. The room looked great. When I had to pull out the bedside table to plug in a medical device, the dust was so thick it made me uncomfortable. Perhaps periodic attention to edges, under beds and behind furniture would be recommended.

Everything you need is in walking distance. Restaurants, shopping, theater. Cleaning staff tried to get in 2 1/2 hours before check out. Overall good hotel. Great location, Somewhat easy access from interstate. Everything you would need, with in walking distance.

I liked the friendly hotel staff at the desk and the decor and cleanliness of the hotel. Well the price could be lowered. The hotel for the money, was very well located for my husband I during the HOG convention we attended in Knoxville, with restraunts close by. And the best thing about the hotel was the cleanliness and the nice decor. I loved the way the rooms were set up, very comfortable and the friendly staff at the desk were nice to have greet you.

Pretty much everything! The traffic noise from the highway. From the time we stepped up to the desk and met Vanessa, to the time we opened up the door to our suite, to the time we ate a great free breakfast, to the time we checked out, we were very impressed. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
