Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly, knowledgeable staff, convenient for handicapped. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was located near many services the traveler uses.

I arrived at the hotel around 9:30PM and was able to check in immediately. I needed to pick up a few things and as soon as the words had left my mouth, I was receiving a small card with the pre-printed directions to the local Wal*Mart. The room was very clean as were the pool and lounge areas. I was travelling with two 17-year olds and all of us had a very positive experience at Springhill Suites.

Great location, great staff. Nothing. This was a great place to stay as a business traveler. Probably great for families, too. Very clean, very large rooms. Great location with lots of restaurants nearby.

I was looking for a hotel that was easy to get to, reasonably priced, and had the amenities that we wanted - pool, exercise room, hot breakfast. This hotel fit the bill perfectly! Even hot oatmeal at the breakfast. Staff were very friendly - we will plan on staying there again.

Warm staff, warm breakfast that varied, and a warm pool. We were so pleased with our entire experience. The staff helped us with questions on Amtrak options, the facility was clean and the continental was beyond expectations in terms of varied offerings daily and the pool and fitness center were just perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this facility.

I loved the bed and the living room area! There was nothing that I didn't like. Loved this hotel. Would recommend to anyone!

Room was spacious. Floor slippery by pool. Hotel was very nice over all, except we were disgusted when we found a pair of dirty socks in the room. I made us wonder if the room has been properly cleaned. But when this was reported to the manager, it was taken care of.
