I had stayed in a Springhill in the Phoenix area and liked it, so I tried this one. The hotel told me that since I had booked through Orbitz I couldn't get Marriot Rewards points. That wasn't the case in Phoenix.

Clean and tidy. Pool to shallow, entrance very confusing. Great for price.

Clean, brand new, spacious room, and flat screen TV. No services within walking distance.

The waffle breakfast was great. Not enough seating for breakfast, had to take stuff back to room to eat, wasn't easy to carry and use room key card.

Met/exceeded expectations. Room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Tastefully decorated rooms. Newer hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Pleasant, courteous staff. Breakfast was more than expected. Good, relaxing experience.

New, clean, has separate sleeping and living area with sink, microwave and small fridge. Nothing.

Comfortable room, good design, excellent work area with free internet andgood in-room food preparation area. No hotel/airport shuttle service. Comfortable rooms with complete amenities for business work and food preparation. The hotel does offer microwaveable meals which you can prepare in the room. The free breakfast is excellent.

Amazing breakfast, new and beautiful decorating, loved the sleeper sofa! We were so impressed with this hotel! The layout of the room was awesome - separate sink/counter for food preparation, comfy sleeper sofa, huge shower (I think we got the handicapped room). The room was beautiful - nicely decorated, comfy beds and lots of extra pillows. We'll definitely want to stay here again.

HIgh ceilings in rooms. Breakfast could have been better. Nice new property. Friendly staff. Spacious room with nice, high ceilings.

The breakfast. The breakfast was great. The best complimentary breakfast I have been to.

The TV - a bit of awkward position strains the neck from either side but guess its tough considering its serving both rooms. A clean hotel, has a decent gym, central location and serves continental breakfast.

Convenient for restaurants and highway access. Rooms felt cramped around the bed area. Did not care for decor.

Clean, quiet, welcoming, great towels and sheets. It was nicely appointed, quiet, and very clean. The staff was available but not hovering. Great bedding and towels. Loved the setup of the sitting area, microwave/fridge area and bedroom. Room had a divider so it felt larger and segmented. I could work and not feel like I had to sit on the bed.

Uncomfortable beds, continental breakfast was horrible. It was a nice place but was very disappointed when I asked for a king bed and they said it would cost extra, which I believe is total nonsense.

Great location in Fresno! Safe area and lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Staff and customer service is not their best quality. I asked the room for a business event and was delighted with the free WiFi and great breakfast each morning. The hotel is located right off of highway 41 and very accessible to nearby stores and restaurants. My room was very comfortable and a great place to unwind after a busy work day. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff - clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent hotel. A little difficult to get to. Very nice rooms. Good TV's, nice desk with good Internet access. Free Wall Street Journals and nice area for breakfast and convenient access to food through their mini-store. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were nice, new and clean. The breakfast could have been better quality. We had a great time at this hotel. My only gripe is that kids were very noisy on this floor, which was not romantic. We asked for a more private room and were put next to the elevators. My only suggestion is to group the families with kids in specific areas of the hotel.

Breakfast was great with lots of choices and the food was fresh. The big, empty lot in front of it took away from the hotel's attractiveness. The hotel had all the amenities we would want. The front desk staff was helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Felt like a brand new facility, spacious parking space, nice room, excellent continental breakfast, internet access, nice TV, nice furniture, etc. Can't think of anything. Excellent, I'd highly recommend to friends.
