The breakfast was fantastic, the staff friendly, and the value was excellent. My wife and I stayed here before and after our cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. The properties were comfortable, clean and were a great value. We returned from our cruise early in the morning and were allowed to go directly to our room rather than waiting until the normal check-in time. This was most helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We were most impressed by the friendliness of the staff and would recommend staying here to anyone who is in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

our plane was canceled, and the airline put us uphere. what a beautiful place. a full breakfast in the a.m. anything you wanted and then some. the room was so unique and handy in everything needed. i wished my whole stay could have been there. no way , my company would spring for this, i will have to make up the difference.i come to fll every month. the one and only complaint i had was the lady who checked us in. she was very rude and acted as though we were a burden to have interrupted her evening. if ido stay again, i just hope she is not there. other than that, could not get any better..thank you jgray

We stayed at Springhill Suites for the first time when we moved our daughter to college in Ft Lauderdale. We had our car packed to the rim and were concerned about leaving it in the parking lot overnight. The gentleman that checked us in came out to the parking lot with us, found a spot up front and told us he would make sure to keep an eye on things overnight. We were always greeted with a smile. The rooms are very nice, the breakfast is perfect. When I recently returned for a visit there was no hesitation where to stay becuase Springhill Suites took such good care of us last time. We will definately be returning many times.

Very family friendly, love the extra little living area that was great for toddlers to play. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs (baby). Laundry facilities were great to have as well.

The renovations have been completed & property is OK. Only problem was the pull out sofa was wired shut underneath the bed (it was brand new) and the staff didn't have a clue in what to do or try to help get it open

Shuttle from the airport and to Port Everglades. Convenient location, free airport shuttle and free shuttle to the cruise ships! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

What a disappointment from 3 years ago when we were there. It's in disrepair because of supposedly remodeling. That doesn't explain the dirt and neglect that is everywhere.

Everything! The side where you enter had no signs, so hard to find entrance. This was a wow place to stay. We had a two bed suite with sofa, fridge, and so much room. Breakfast was free and super choices. We enjoyed the pool with our grandchild.

The hotel turned away people with reservations; saying that they were renovating & no rooms were available. Even though they advertised free shuttle it was not. It was free from the airport; we had to wait over an hour to be taken two miles. We PAID the shuttle service to take us a restaurant they recommended and when we were done we waited a 1 1/2 hrs & three phone calls to be picked up. They had ""just the day before"" we arrived changed their shuttle policy so we also had to pay to get to the cruise ship.From that point on we only used taxi's and it was cheaper and more timely.

The free shuttles, airport and cruise. Location. Airport pick-up was 30 minutes, cruise shuttle couldn't be better. Mall across street was good to pass time but the hotel was far from anything else.

Not very clean. This hotel was not the best. They did not have towels in my room when I got there and it was very nice. They need to revamp. Very poor for Marriott Chain.

Front desk at check-in was wonderful and our room was great. The breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were clean. Beds were clean and pillows were wonderfully fluffy.

Met or surpassed expectations in all categories. Staff very helpful, hotel clean and in good upkeep. Could not get any closer to freeway. If room is on West side, you have noise. Was impressed with most all facts of this hotel. The room was clean and updated. Pleasant decor. Staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast bar was well stocked and offered many selections. Pool/spa was clean and enclosed in a nice patio area. This hotel is well suited for a business traveler or a leisure traveler with a lay-over for a cruise the next day.

The room was wonderful/breakfast buffet very good. Not w/i walking distance of restaurants, no dining room. This was the last step of our vacation. We checked in about 830 PM. No room service and limited choices w/i walking distance. It was close to the airport but we waited about 45 minutes for the shuttle to to pick us up at the airport.

The free buffet breakfast was very nice. You could tell that the hotel was aging a bit. My wife and I stayed at the hotel prior to our cruise as I think most of the guests that night did. Hotel van picked us up promptly from the Fort Lauderdale, FLL airport. Shuttles to the cruise terminal departed at specified times for specific ships, so you could only go at that specified time, but not a problem for us. The room was clean, although you could tell the hotel was aging. The common areas and pool were very nice. The breakfast buffet was really quite good with a large variety of choices. All in all, we would stay there again. Also nice was that the whole hotel was non-smoking.
