Friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to please. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast bar was good.
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Good lobby presentation and breakfast. Front desk service and friendliness also okay. Exterior and other interior areas old and in need of repair. Immediate area around hotel very poor with vacant restaurant next door. Rooms dated with cheap furnishings. However, near nice shopping and restaurant facilities and convenient to 275 West and East bound about 36 miles from airport (about 40 minutes) either direction. This hotel earned its two star rating.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
It was spacious. The rooms were a good size. The most important aspect of our stay in a hotel is that it is clean and the bed is comfortable. Terrible bed. The springs can be felt it squeaks at every move and they did not use fitted sheets and they came off. We will not be staying there again.

The Amerisuites room was good for one thing, sleeping. There was no movie channels or pay movies for the kids. This was quite disappointing. Also, when we needed extra pillows we had to go to the front desk ourselves because they only had one person on duty and he had to cover the front desk. Last, it turned cool and we wanted to swim but their pool was outdoors.

Friendly clerk at front desk.

Our car was burglarized (window broken, radio stolen)during the night while in the hotel parking lot. Otherwise the facility was excellent. Staff was helpful in dealing with the situation.

Free internet, fridge and sitting area. The fridge, microwave and sitting area were nice. The free internet and free breakfast was nice. The maid did not do a good job. There was a dirty washcloth left on the shower head, recent soap scum on the counter, something sticky on the desk and everything was dusty.

It was 15 minutes from my meeting. In the middle of changing to Marriott Springhill Suites and little being invested now.

The expensiveness of the room was relaxing. I wish they had had a protein (eggs, sausage) for breakfast. This hotel was way above what I thought I would get. Staff was efficient, room was large and clean. I am very pleased with what my son and I were able to get.
Date of Stay:

Location, suites. Pets. Pleasantly surprised at the suites with king bed and fold out couch. Spacious room contains mini-kitchen and good wireless internet signals. Room was bright with new furnishings, heater was new in my room with digital controls, also rented next room that had older knob type heater but both worked well. Apparently this place is slated for conversion to a Marriott.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful. They close the breakfast precisely at 9 am. The suite was ample size we liked being able to relax without sitting on the bed. The room had not been deep cleaned, lots of dust around the baseboards.

Having a sitting room separate from the bed room was a definite plus! There wasn't anything I did not like. Although it is an older hotel, they are in the process of remodeling it; probably because of the competition of the new hotel up the street. The room was very spacious because of having a separate sitting area and bedroom area. Breakfast in the morning was continental style, with several selections available. There were several restaurants within walking distance which was nice after a long day of driving. We only spent one night at this hotel but I would definitely consider staying there again.

The beds were very old, broken down and you could feel the springs in your back. Very clean lobby, room was fairly clean, but the beds were very hard, uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back.

The excellent customer service by the hotel staff and the comfy atmosphere of the place. I can not think of one thing I did not like about this hotel. Excellent, affordable, very clean, very convenient location, atmosphere and look of the inside is very good, in spite the fact that the outside is under construction. Location is also very convenient, right off the highway 275, there are restaurants, gas stations, Wal-mart and even a Shopping Mall near by. I absolutely loved this hotel. The breakfast is also a plus, everything is clean and immaculate around the food area. I am planning of going back to Cincinnati very soon and will be very often so I am definitely going to stay there again.

Hotel room were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bountiful breakfast selections were somewhat weak. Forest park suites is nothing fancy, but it's an inexpensive and conveniently located hotel that's perfectly fine for a weekend stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and having a sitting area with sofa, desk and kitchenette means you are not cramped. I also loved the fact that the hotel was extremely quiet. Front desk was friendly. I'd certainly stay here again.

Suite was roomy. Breakfast was skimpy. he hotel is in a transition process, but they managed to be efficient.

This hotel is in transition, being bought by another hotel. Much of the hotel was not being occupied as renovations were being done. While it didn't bother us, we felt like we were all alone in the place, a little scary for two sisters traveling together.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Fairly convenient location. Cleanliness of hotel and outdated decor. The hotel was a bit disappointing; however it is under renovation and most likely the issues I had will be resolved after that's done.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Good lobby, good value. Lighting was poor. Lots of room, quiet, poor lighting in the rooms, nice lobby, good cable.
Date of Stay:
November, 2008
Friendliness and efficiency of staff. All basic needs provided. The hotel was fine - very adequate.
