Super friendly staff, and nicely designed hotel. The alarm clock/iPod dock was very bright. I had to cover it to sleep. I have already recommended the hotel to others and will plan to stay here again on my next visit to Birmingham.

Good location and clean. Did not separate business travelers from leisure travelers. Neighbors were loud several nights. Nice hotel. Thin walls.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. NA This hotel was only 10 minutes from downtown. It was in a very safe area with numerous shops and restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a new hotel so it was very nice. The bed was to hard, and heard other customers at breakfast complaining about this also. The hotel was good, but the beds are to hard.

The hotel decor was awesome! The staff was friendly but we loved the decor most! Nothing. As I stated above, we loved the hotel. It was very clean and very well designed. The hotel lobby was awesome and the rooms very nicely laid out.

Nice rooms. Road noice from freeway. I found the room to be clean and nicely decorated. Any assistance I needed was timely met with a helpful attitude. The hotel was in a excellent location but from the main road it was a little difficult to find because of the lack of signs directing where to turn.

The hot breakfast, new hotel and suite rooms! Brand new suite hotel!Awesome location in suburbs near shopping and restaurants. Rooms are decorated with a modern touch. Granite counters, fridge, mini-bar, microwave, and new! Hot breakfast in a.m. was great with waffles, cereal, eggs, and sausage. Kids loved and I loved it on the way to Florida. Will definitely stay here again!

It has a very up to date look with the colors inside hotel. Only one elevator. Very nice hotel 3 or 4 stars! Everything looks new and fresh! Will stay there again next year I go back!

It was new and the rooms were very nice. It was very hard to find and the staff was very rude. When I checked in on Friday night, the receptionist on duty, tried to charge me for incidentals before I ever received my room key. I finally made her call the manager and agreed to leave a 50.00 deposit. She then refused to give me a receipt and I had to insist and wait for 15 minutes until finally the other male receptionist hand wrote a receipt and made her sign it. Then she gave me a room key that was to an occupied room. When I went back down to the desk to get another key to a different room she acted smug and it did seem that it had been on purpose. Finally after over an hour I got to my room. As we were getting ready to check out on Sunday we noticed that the early check out receipt had no credit for the 50.00 that was left. I do not think we would have gotten that deposit back if we had not had the receipt. All in all it was the worst customer service experience that I have ever endured and I travel 40 weekends a year.

Clean. Out of the way location and very hard to find. Clean and located conveinently to restaurnants, but bad location as far as signs leading to the hotel.
