Beautiful Hotel that was close to everything. I can't believe the low they charged. Wasn't crazy about the 15 parking fee they neglected to mention, but all things considered it was a great stay.

We chose this hotel for it's location - it was a short drive to our downtown destinations, close to Chastain Park for the concert we attended, and within walking distance of really great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The room we selected was supposed to have 2 queen beds, but they seemed more like doubles and the television was rather awkwardly situated between the beds and the living room space. The furniture was somewhat rundown and there was a water leak that made the carpet next to the bathroom wet (which we reported and will hopefully be fixed). The common areas (reception, lounge etc) were very nice, however the indoor pool was small. We would most likely stay there again, perhaps with just two people in the room rather than three.

Convinces. Good service. Cleanliest. Some services were poor. When I moved in my room there was no desk chair. I called the front desk and they said that they would send one up immediately. However, I did not get one until after I made a second call to the front desk. Moreover, the chair that they brought was a straight back chair. When I called they told me that they would send up another chair; however, it is the four day and I am still waiting. Also, today I went to my meeting at 8 am and I returned at 3 pm and the room was not serviced. I called and they responded at 4 pm. Finally, I had the feeling that because I booked through Priceline, I did not get the same service that I would have gotten if I got the hotel through Hilton.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel was well kept, extremely clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again for my business travel. Perfect location in the Buckhead Area.

Great location, nice room, lukewarm water for bathing, nice breakfast and lobby. Front desk staff were disinterested in any questions we had once they knew we booked through Orbitz. They charged for parking even though the Sidestep.com website stated that parking was free and said they couldn't do anything about it because we booked through Orbitz. We wanted to book an extra night and they said they couldn't help us because we booked through Orbitz and if we wanted another night we would have to do everything seperately and they couldn't really help with that. Several other questions were met with apathy and attitude. Will use Orbitz again, will stay in that general area again, will not use that hotel.

This hotel was built in 2005 and is well kept, clean and in a lovely area of Altanta. The free breakfast was wonderful, beds comfortable and pool with whirlpool quite nice. Overall, a good value for the price I paid. Free shuttle van within 2 miles is a plus. Recommend this hotel !

Good breakfast. Having to pay to park! Other than no curtains to block the lights of the city and paying $15 to park this hotel was perfect for my trip. If you have your own parking deck, I think it is not necessary to charge $15 to park.

A $15 fee for parking per day! Standard comfortable hotel. Too crowded, not enough seating and just the usual continental fare plus rubber scrambled eggs. $15 per day parking fee. Staff has no alternative suggestions even though I figured out a few myself.

Parking options. The room set up was excellent and very comfortable for two. All amenities were well placed to include sink set up, coffee bar and even mirror placement to insure proper attire. I was very pleased that the Hotel Windows opened, allowing the mild breeze to provide cooling verses the air conditioner.
