Springhill Suites Baltimore is an easy five-minute drive from the airport. The staff was very pleasant and the room was especially quiet. Our only complaint was that the matrress was old and too soft.
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Comfortable beds. The fire alarm sounded 2 times past 11pm.
Date of Stay:
June, 2007
We had 3 adults and 2 children staying together and the staff were VERY accomodating! Extra Towels, Mic, Ref, and sink! 2 TVs. Elevators!
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
Springhill suites was extremely comfortable, friendly, and clean. Staff courteous and helpful, I even received a personal, handwritten greeting card upon arrival. The location was good, and parking was easy. The breakfast included had a good variety. I was extremely please with my room.
Date of Stay:
April, 2009
Hot breakfast; comfortable room with everything I needed. Room needed some repair - door and shower rod; toiletries skimpy. This was a very acceptable hotel for my monthly business trips to the Baltimore area. As a business traveler, I appreciated the breakfast, the refrigerator and microwave. I appreciated the first floor room near an outside entrance, and the 24 hour fresh fruit in the lobby. The pool area looked nice; I'll be sure to bring a swimsuit next time!

Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Everything was great...beds, room, breakfast, location...everything. SAFE.
Date of Stay:
December, 2008
Location/comfort/hot breakfast and shuttle service, if needed. Bed was too soft and television need to be updated. Housekeeping arrived way too early, though check-out was at 11:00 a.m. For a short, two day visit to sleep only, the accommodations were clean, the Front Desk Staff was polite and attentive. I would recommend this location for my local and out of town guests that require lodging near the airport.
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
This is a great hotel, easy to get to, great set up in the room, 3 sinks, pillow top beds, great breakfast-make your own waffles!!!
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
Free shuttle back and forth to cheap transportation. Takes too long to get downtown. Suite was fine with appropriate amenities. The pool opened too late and closed too early. Breakfast included was nice, but the food was not very good.

My kids loved this hotel. Breakfast includes make your own waffles. 3 sinks which was great.Close to the airport, downtown Baltimore and great for a place to stay while traveling up and down 95.

Good beds and comp breakfast. A little hard to find. Good solid member of this Marriot chain.

Great hotel, you can even make your own waffles. Extremely comfortable beds with pillow top mattresses.
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Very friendly, helpful, room met our expectations completely. Nothing. This hotel obviously because of their location and amenities focuses on air travel patrons. Everything was excellent at the hotel. We enjoyed their excellent expanded continental breakfast, used their laundry facilities. All were excellent.
Date of Stay:
October, 2007
Staff was terrific. Pool was not advertised on site, didn't bring my suit! Clean, quiet, great staff, no bars, be aware, and no room service. Had a great time.
Date of Stay:
September, 2007
Room as a suite. Nearly missed continental breakfast. I will go again!
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
The Guest Service Manager was so professional and pleasant from check in to check out it made our stay pleasant. Excellent staff and management, very helpful and clean. I would stay again.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Very friendly and helpful staff. Jacuzzi broken and teenage lifeguard snotty about it. Not much to say. Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean and spacious room. The swimming pool is so small it is a joke- it was too cramped with just 6 people in it, but I suppose that's minor. Continental breakfast didn't start until 7am, so we didn't get to try that, but just having it is a nice option. Overall, a good experience.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
One bed is large. To find it is a little difficult for first comers. Good.
Date of Stay:
August, 2007
Proximity to mass transit.
Date of Stay:

The bed was very comfortable! No restaurant. Very nice beds. The shuttle service is great, too!
