I stay at this hotel all the time and the staff there is very friendly and the rooms are fine.

Nice beds and breakfast. Staff was unfriendly. Air conditioner did not work.

I have stayed here twice - BOTH times I found the room "presented as clean" but not. For example, linens folded and hanging on the towel rack, but with toothpaste on them when unfolded. Glasses turned upside down on the paper covers, but with toothpaste still inside the glass from the previous guest. I gave them a second chance last week after my first experience and it was just as bad - we found blood on the linens for the fold out bed. These were folded and stored in the zip up plastic cover in the closet. MY KIDS handled those linens. If the room were just dirty that would be one thing, for the room to purposely made to "appear" clean is another. We won't be back.

I loved how the sheets on our king bed were folded back invitingly, also how the suite was arranged and the complimentary water bottle. We did not like the smell in the elevator. Cozy yet classy relaxing yet invigorating clean yet not stark and bare.A great night! And healthy jump start breakfast.

The stay was good overall, our only complaint was the room was not cleaned very well. We coudn't find the tv remote, so we looked under the bed to find old towels, socks, and some aging food. The staff was very friendly, and other than getting a poorly cleaned room would stay again.

Very clean, friendly front desk staff, easy access to highway. Pillows. We had about 9 pillows & none were good need new pillows. This hotel was really clean & the staff was really friendly. It's easy access on & off of I-35 & close to restaurants.

Very attractive, excellent accommodations, relaxing, and quite plush. Spring Hill Ardmore kept the high quality we expect from the Marriott name. New, very clean, and plush.

Availability. Beds could be a lot better. Was disappointed in the hotel being from Marriott and beds were very uncomfortable for an upscale hotel. Our most important thingin ahotel is beddingshould becomfortable.

The amenities were plentiful and had everythingI needed. They charged my card for $175 by mistake for incidentals.

Amazing care of night shift front desk. Went out of her way to be kind and helpful. I could not have found a more helpful front desk person who got me some hot tea with lemon and honey because I was feeling very sick. It made me feel a lot better and I got up feeling ready for the rest of the trip. My wife and I agree that we have never been treated better than we were by this young lady.

The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Service. The room itself was great.Needless to say we did not get the pillows.

Rooms spacious enough for travelers with small children. Hotel in process of cleaning grout in tile and smell downstairs in lobby was unbearable. This hotel is perfect for business travelers and those with small children. We were able to comfortably sleep 7 in the queen suite. The fold out sofa bed was comfortable for children, but too small for an adult. Morning continental breakfast above average and items replaced quickly as they were depleted. Hotel is well maintained. Pool area was not supervised well as teenagers in hotel we able to cause many parents with small children to leave due to their ill antics and poor behavior.

Staff. The first room was dirty and had to get new room. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel again. The room was nice and the breakfast had a wonderful selection.

Location was perfect for our trip and the wireless internet connection allowed me to work in my room. Excellent accommodations.

Good hotel. Room wasn't ready until 6 PM, check in was supposed to be at 3. I was pleased with everything except for the room not being ready at check in time.
