The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was convenient.

We were looking for a hotel suite in the Pasadena area for a meeting early Monday morning. This hotel worked quite well. The suites were clean with a small kitchen, office area, sitting area, and sleeping area. We were quite impressed at how well the room was planned out. The wonderful continentalbreakfast helped us to keep going for the entire morning. Enjoyed the hotel immensely and will stay again.

Efficient and accessible staff; good breakfast. We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Problems we had in bathroom were immediately and efficiently remedied. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was well presented; there was variety; and plenty for guests to enjoy. We return each year for business.

I traveled alone on this trip and stayed at this Springhill Suites location. The area is very nice and very safe. I forgot to lock my rent car every night and nothing was touched. Nice breakfast buffet, close proximity to MANY great eating places and right off the freeway for accessibility. Really a nice hotel sitting right at the foot of a road straight up a mountain in the San Gabriel range. Arcadia and Monrovia are nice upscale communities. Highly recommended for anyone.

Bed was comfortable. Was under construction and a mess. I would not stay at this hotel again as I was very disappointed. We traveled extensively and know a good value.

The staff was slow most of the time and many possessed an attitude that they didn't want to be at work, working. The location is good (many nearby restaurants) and easy freeway access. The hotel and rooms are clean with nice linens. The negative about the hotel is the staff. Most of the staff was slow (putting me on hold, then disconnecting me, then unconcerned when I called back) and exhibited an attitude of "I don't want to be here working."

I loved having a hot breakfast, it made the trip more economical. The hotel staff was very friendly! There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. This hotel was awesome. I loved having a mini fridge and microwave in our room. Also, the hotel location is not far from Old Town Pasadena and other attractions. The hotel does not have a restaurant onsite but not to worry there are several other hotels within walking distance at which you can dine. Overall, a great hotel for the price and I would stay again in a Heartbeat.

Common area comfortable. Air conditioning leaked all over carpet - car not secure. I worked for Marriott, therefore I was disappointed. They told us we could move rooms but still no guarantee the air would not leak all over the carpet. They also offered towels to put on floor! At one point the desk person left desk and left a housekeeper in charge who could not speak English. We caught two young people looking in cars and felt very uncomfortable during the night - asked them to call the police. They said they would - not sure if they did?

The hotel was everything we needed for a quick anniversary get-a-way. Very enjoyable. A comfortable, convenient, affordable hotel with a friendly staff, free breakfast and a variety of several great restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel staff was friendly, efficient and courteous. Hotel room was a nice size for two adults; a small but comfortable sitting area with a desk for the computer and free wireless internet. The entire staff from the general manager to the maids were friendly and courteous. Hotel was close to the freeway (210) and convenient to the Pasadena and Sierra Madre areas. We have stayed at the Marriott on Fair Oaks in Pasadena and the Spring Hill is a much better value.

It was an excellent value for the price. I was actually satisfied with all aspects of this hotel. This was a wonderful hotel. The room was nice and in a good area, close to freeways but quiet.

Everything, best value for price. Nothing. Great location and clean as can be, very well maintained and the staff was very good.

Very convenient and comfortable the breakfast was super. Clean and very restful and extra large rooms. Felt that the pool could have been cleaned a bit better and kept up more (on the chemical cleaning of it) The grounds however were very nice. Excellent in everyway. We will definitely stay here always as we visitor family recently moved to Pasadena. This is a very quiet clean wonderful environment. We loved every minute of our stay. The hallways even seem clean and fresh. The breakfast was super. Plenty to choose from. The complimentary fruit in the lobby was a very welcome treat. The size of room was just perfect for a family. This is a find!

Clean, reasonable price, includes breakfast. Remote for TV didn't work well. Good road warrior motel, clean rooms, economic, includes breakfast.

I loved the suite sitting area and the great hot breakfast! I wish the TV would have been located between the sitting and sleeping areas. It was a great place to stay. The room was large and had plenty of space to sit in. The bed was very comfortable and I was glad that there was a partial wall between the two areas. The pull-out sofa was also comfortable for my teenage son. The staff was very friendly. I also loved the hot breakfast each morning. This made it so much easier to start the day. I will definitely stay here again when I travel to the Pasadena/Arcadia area.

Excellent location. Close to 210 freeway. Choice of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Good selections for free breakfast. Good location, easy access to 210 freeway, walking distance to a variety of good restaurants. Friendly staff. Stay included breakfast with great assortment of hot and cold items. Have stayed there before and will continue to stay when traveling in that area.

Clean, friendly staff, good location, well priced. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast was good, fast and free wireless internet is a big plus, quiet and safe location. I will stay here again next time I travel to the area. A 10 all the way around.

The complimentary breakfast is the main attractions to this hotel. Our TV did not work, & we had to rush and switched rooms in 5 minutes. That was a hassle. I would recommend this hotel to families and friends.

Good hot breakfast buffet. Powdered eggs for breakfast should be avoided. Worse than airline food. Very ideal place for travel along picturesque Route 66. Has complimentary hot breakfast buffet which has a waffle maker to make your own fresh Belgian style waffle (they make the batter, you operate the waffle-maker). Nice large rooms with frig, microwave, and coffee maker. Has hot chocolate, tea, and coffee in lobby also.
