Friendly and accommodating staff. Only thing they forgot to include in the design of this new hotel is insulation between rooms. We heard a lot and neighbors weren't shouting.

Large, open, modern rooms. The noise in the hallway and between rooms.

Room was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, very quiet and well appointed rooms. Poor signage. Access to the hotel was through a shopping center parking lot. The rooms were large and well appointed. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

This is a great new hotel!! It is just off the main drag (28th) so it is very quite but still close to everything. The Desk staff (Martha) was very help full and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast great and having a Bar in the lobby was a nich touch. It is much nicer hotel then the Courtyard.

Excellent bed and sheet quality. Very hard to find due to lack of signage andmisleading address. This is a clean and well equipped hotel with an above average breakfast. The most important features, the beds were top-notch. Pool and spa were clean and pleasant. The location away from major streets is very quiet, but it is not easy to find the place. Apparently the nearby Target store will not allow a suitable sign to be placed.

The rooms were huge! It was hidden behind a shopping center and difficult to find. My stay was wonderful! The rooms were very large, clean, and the area quiet, and breakfast was wonderful. The only problem was how difficult the hotel was to find, hidden behind a Target shopping center.

Loved the beds and pillows. We did have to move from one room to another. We had a power outage from around 3am to 8am give or take. The staff went out of their way to handlethe problem and keep everyone safe.

All of the accommodations exceeded my expectations, including the room, exercise facility and pool. Although a little difficult to find, the accommodations were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Front desk washelpful. Buffet not stocked well or employee couldn't keep up. Good bang for the buck! A little hard to find, but worth the extra effort. Rooms were clean and fresh. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice suite, with a sitting room for us to put the baby crib. It also had a bar open until 11pm onsite. It had a tiny sign out by the road and it was set back behind some businesses so it was a little difficult to find. It was a wonderful hotel experience. Very nice and clean, all very well kept and obviously new. Nice pool and workout facilities, sink, mini fridge and microwave in room. The bar was nice at night and it became the common room for breakfast. The breakfast was wonderful; it even included fresh sliced fruit cups as well as eggs and sausage. The breakfast nook also had to go containers and bags so that the food could travel with you to your destination if you were on your way out the door. Very highly recommended, we are impressed with the Marriott chain as a whole and this only reinforced our positive opinion.

Every staff person was accommodating. The location was confusing to find. It was really nice however they did not have to give me a 2 queen bed room. I would have been fine in a king if they had it. Overall I was satisfied and would go there again. Also about 7 minutes from the airport.

Clean, new and friendly. I like the breakfast bar. Hard to find because there was no sign by entrance. Excellent place by the rate! New built, friendly andnice space. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful, well cared for andgreat continental breakfast. Alittle hard to find.

100% non-smoking. The hidden location. We were in a suite that did not have two enclosed areas. For that reason, suite was a stretch as a description. It was more like a long hotel room with a partial wall. The AC was running on one end (freezing the person in that bed), and the sitting area on the opposite end felt too warm. In the room I stayed, they would have been better off knocking out the partial wall and making it all open for better air flow. Biggest perk was hotel was relatively new and was 100% smoke free. In most hotels that offer some smoking, you can always smell it, even in the non-smoking rooms.

Large rooms, extensive breakfast options andgreat staff. Nothing. Large clean, bright rooms with full amenities including microwave, mini fridge and ironing board and iron. The continental breakfast was more extensive than most with many options. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Clean and spacious rooms. Nothing. Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and it had everything we needed.

Continental breakfast, pool and hot tub temperatures, hospitality, number of television channels and cleanliness. Difficult to get to (poor signage), small dark pool area and suite divider made room seem small. The continental breakfast buffet was very nice with many choices including hot items. The dining area was also pleasant. The pool temperature was warm, but the pool was small. It was very difficult to find on 28th Street due to poor signage, but it probably made it less crowded! The mini-fridge and microwave were nice, however the divider making the room a bit cramped (and dark) without really increasing privacy between living areas. Overall it was a good value for the money, especially for those traveling with very young children.

It has separate living area. Somewhat hard to find - 28th street address is deceiving. My husband and I had a great stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room. Everything is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. One of the nights we were there, there was a very loud party going on next to us (the hotel is very quiet, however) and being that it was late at night, my husband went to the front desk and asked if it would be possible to switch rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, within 10 minutes we were in another room and guest services was at the door of the party taking care of the situation. Highly recommended.
