Excellent hotel at a great price. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. The prices went from 59.95 to 129.95 a night but nothing in the hotel has changed. There is a "smell"in the hotel of stale smoke, dirty carpet, and ashtrays. It is there from the time you walk in and present in the room that we were in. We had trouble with check in and who's rooms were who's (we had a lot of family and several rooms). The staff isn't as friendly as they use to be. Overall I would not stay here again.

Everything was great except could not get wireless internet in room. Tried every single connection. No Good. I work in computers so I know what I'm doing. Hotels seem to think access to the internet is a nice plus, like a workout room. It should be looked at as mandatory, like a tv. Everyone uses the internet, to make travel plans, dinner reservations, check hotel flights, check email, etc. Loved, loved, loved their mini-shop were you can buy a cold beer or something to heat up in the in-room microwave. What a treat that was!!!!!

Loved the candles in the entryway andthrough out. Liked the printed direction sheets to various interest locations in Nashville. Had to pay to utilize computer for boarding pass. Other Marriott locations I have not had to do that. Very positive experience. Would stay here again.

This hotel was great. It smelled so clean and the room was the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen. The room was big and nice. Also the price was wonderful. Good breakfast. Great location between the Opryland Mall and downtown. We will be back and recommed this to everyone!!

The beds felt Great! There wasn't enough channels to look at on the TV. Over all it was a Great hotel for the price I payed. Its a hotel that I would stay in again.

The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hotel was nice and quiet. The food was fine.

The room was clean, quite and very cozy. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel. I really enjoyed my 9 day stay at this hotel that I almost hated to leave. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. The deco of the room beautiful, very clean and crisp looking. It had a small fridge and microwave and was section off in its own space. It had a couch and chair that was pretty comfy. The towels was soft and you had hot water instantly. It was very quite, no interstate noise. There is plenty of parking and an inside pool that looked very nice. The hotel is very close to the airport, interstate and fast food places. I'm not much on breakfast, but it looked and smell wonderful. More than just danish and cereal. I give this hotel an A.

Location and cleanliness. Room was a little cramped. Overall for a brief overnight stay this hotel met my needs. The continental breakfast was mostly gone, but this was due to two bus loads of students eating all at once. The guest rooms are laid out as a suite. The bedroom part of the suite was a bit cramped, especially when one has the ironing board out.

Clean, nice, and good manager. Our car was broken into. The hotel itself was great. But because our car was broken into I'm not sure that I would stay there again. We understand that 5 cars were broken into on the night we were there.

I loved the size of the rooms. There was the oder in the whole hotel that smelled like a old person house. I would have some smell good sprayers put in ever hall in the hotel. Other than that the place is a great place to stay. The girl that was working the front desk wasnice.

The maintenance man was very nice and friendly. The overall service was horrific. I would not recommend this specific spring hill suites. Our stay here was not at the level I have come to expect from Marriott. The room was clean but needed repair, the staff was unfriendly, and the manager did not return my phone calls. Overall not a good stay.
