We had a terrific time at this hotel. The breakfast is included and absolutely great! The place was SPOTLESS everywhere-rooms, lobby, dining area. We stayed during a big SW Florida softball tournament and didn't hear a thing! Usually mass amounts of teenage girls make mass amounts of noise, but there wasn't a sound. We have even started looking for Springhills in all of the cities we stay in! The only problem we found was that my card was double charged (through Orbitz and the hotel). I called and was told that it would be taken care of, but it is taking a bit longer than expected. I still love the hotel and plan on staying there again!

Warm pool, comfortable room, fairly good breakfast. Smallish room, no plates/utensils in room. Awesome place for the price. Staff very nice and accommodating. Comfortable bed, clean room, and convenient fridge and microwave. Could use more shampoo and plates/cutlery in room would be great. Free internet service by pool spotty and weak, but ok in room. Hotel lobby clean and sleek, nice breakfast area, but more seating needed. Breakfast adequate but needs more variety or a daily change in the hot items. Pool and hot tub clean and very warm, towels provided. In all, a good hotel and we would definitely return in the future.

Large room. We found this hotel to be clean and quiet. The decor is up to date and everything appears new. The rooms are very large with a separate sitting area and microwave/fridge. Nice little pool area. Great breakfast! Very good experience.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, period. The staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. Other than the inconvenient location for our purposes, this is a very good hotel. Unfortunately, the staff was cordial but not friendly. They were always in the room behind the front desk when it wasn't a busy period. It sounded like a party going on in back each time I past the front desk.

Very close to a 3 Star Hotel. The sausage wasn't very good. Lol. Awesome experience. Probably because the hotel is practically brand new. It's all of the grand features of a full scale Marriott brought down to a small hotel level.

The hotel staff was nice. Everything about this hotel was the tops. This hotel was very friendly, clean and new. The breakfast was beyond the typical cup of coffee and Danish variety. Nice choices of cereals, bagels, juices and even make your own waffles. As we were leaving in our rental car I told the worker outside that his hotel was very nice. He said thank you we are very proud of it. He even mentioned my car tire was low on air and that I should fix it. I hope to return soon.

The room was spacious and clean. The front end reception was poor, especially considering our late arrival and exhausted condition. No assistance at all. Great room, good breakfast and good value for money. I would have appreciated some assistance with the door or the bags or the children but the staff simply watched, did not assist or even offer to assist.

Friendly staff, good service, cleanandcomfortable room. The staff was very friendly, available 24 hours, and helpful. The hotel is very close to the airport and Hammond Stadium with easy access to restaurants and freeways.
