I got a great deal over the Marriott they wanted to charge me 20 dollars over what Orbitz offered.

As the name of the hotel indicates, you receive a suite. It has a separate sitting area from the bed, dorm sized fridge, microwave oven and coffee service in the room. The free breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., which was fantastic! You have eggs, sausage, bagels, waffels, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee or tea to choose from. There was a store in the lobby to buy snacks, microwavable foods, sodas, wine and beer. The room was perfectly cleaned, and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The small pool and spa is indoors, so it can be used year round. The only negative to this hotel was the location. It is not on a main road and is set back away from the street. Without a map it might be hard to locate. I saw the hotel had a shuttle, but did not inquire where it carried their guests to. Perhaps the airport...Spend the few extra dollars and enjoy your stay here!

I was here on a "retreat" for myself-a type of Mother's Day gift. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very accomodating to my needs. The pool and hot tub was relaxing (nice to have pool towels available) and the hotel was very quiet for my stay. Will definitely choose this hotel for future "retreats".

Pool and hot tub. Cleaning staff left early in the day. Overall good experience with hotel staff and facilities.

Front desk staff were excellent. In comparison to other Springhill Suites; quality was poor. Mattresses were small and not comfortable. Hotel had odor of an old motel; did not smell very clean. Will never stay at this location again.

Very affordable hotel with nice, friendly staff and a great breakfast. I stayed there for one week on business. With an uncomfortable bed and bad allergies, it did not make for a pleasant stay for me.

2 room suite Very difficult to find with the directions I received Convenient location to the airport friendly staff rooms were clean and provided enough space

This nice hotel was a little hard to find as it is hidden in a business park off the main road. Finding off site restaurants, which are not too far away, was a little trouble, too. Get directions before you set out from the hotel! There are several new hotels going up in the neighborhood, so this one is threatened.

Awesome hotel in every way! Location from airport, from shopping and from any noise aread, was the best! Loved the clean, fresh room, and the included microwave and fridge was a very pleasant bonus. Decent small fitness room, just right comp breakfast and right-on-time shuttle to/from airport made this a perfect hotel to stay in.

Very large rooms and very clean. Holel rooms were very clean, everything were in place and in order. I was very surprised of how clean the hotel rooms and the size of the rooms.

friendliness of the staff, clean and really nice has an indoor pool. mapquest directions were a little off, pillows were lumpy Hotel was great, enjoyed my stay, staff very friendly. Business center was avaliable for the guests to use and there is an indoor pool with hot tub. Excellent breakfast buffet, and rooms were clean.

The friendly staff, the excellent room and the fabulous breakfast! I hope you forward this to the hotel; they really should read this! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a friendly home away from home atmosphere. The staff felt like family; anything we needed, all we had to do was ask. We were in Durham to pick up our recently deployed Marine son's belongings and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for an otherwise dismal trip. Thank your Sprinhill Suites Durham.
