This is a traditional hotel with deluxe 4-star amenities, a family-like ambience coupled with premium service at unbeatable rates. We offer attentive service, delicious cuisine and comfortable rooms - great holidays from the start!
We offer a welcome drink on arrival. Our excellent sports and wellness facilities are free of charge for guests. The daily use of our water world with a size of 75 m² and unique facilities e.g. massage grotto, rock waterfall, ground spring, steam cabin and the whirlpool (33-38°C) is free of charge. Guests can also use the sauna centre free of charge and relax in the bio sauna, the Finnish sauna, the steam bath, the Roman steam bath, the cold fog shower or the ice grotto before going to the quiet room with heated canvas chairs.

| My friend in Germany booked a Bustour and we stayed one week in Hotel Held.
While the Location was great, the hotel management disappointed us.- When we arrived, there was no room for me, even though we were promised a suite with 2 bedrooms. I was told from a not too friendly girl at reception, that there is nothing free at the hotel. Finally ( my suggestion) I was put 3 days into a guesthouse with the option to move after three days into the hotel. No reimbursement was made or apology was given. The food was served a la Gourmet, but was really not tasteful and at times so little that is bordered on the ridiculous with the exception of one buffet dinner which was good.
We mentioned this fact to the diningroom hostess but nothing was done.
To top this all off the owner of the hotel came at the end of our stay into our bus and made a mention in front of all the other tour guests that there are always complainers and looked to us.
We were shocked, instead of rectifying their behavior they put the shortcoming on the guests. |
