I had the best sex of my life and the sound proofing in the room was wonderful. Would have like a balcony. Security and service was excellent. Great layed back feel to pool area. All in all excellent time and great deal. Appreciate the friendliness of staff and happy guest.

Had a great time. Room was nice, and couldn't ask for a better location to downtown Palm Springs for walking, shopping and great restaurants. Casino atmosphere was similar to Las Vegas; energy plus. We only eat at the hotel once, at the breakfast buffet, and it was very good. I am a picky eater and the buffet was able to accommodate my needs with egg whites cooked w/out butter. Can not wait to go back, we may even choose the Spa over Las Vegas next time.

The decor of the room was no better than a motel 6 complete with popcorn ceiling and dirty comforter. The hallways outside the rooms were vacuumed at 6 am and the maintenance people were in the courtyard banging trash bins and making noise by 7 am. The walls were so thin that the TV and or radio in the next room sounded like it was in my room. Front desk person was completely clueless about the property and had attitude to boot. When I asked about their restaurant "Noodles", one person told me it was Chinese, the other said it was Japanese; when I asked them to clarify they looked at me as if I had two heads and said "it's the same thing".

We enjoyed the casino one night and WON! The hotel is clean, secure, a beautiful pool and spa. 2 hot mineral water jacuzzis. Great pool bar with misters. The Aqua Bar and Grill has some of the best food we ate on the trip, inexpensive, and they have NA Coors beer! The staff is gracious and unobtrusive, and the parking valets Rock! I live here, and me and my out of town friend, loved every minute of the week of bliss at the Spa Hotel, 2 blocks from downtown main street, Palm Canyon Drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was quiet which made our rest even better. Compared to other hotels the fitness room was more than we expected. The variety in machines and activities was great. We didn't get to do the classes, but the fact that you have them really adds a personal touch to the hotel experience.

We had a wonderful time. The Staff was so nice and helpful! The rate was great. The food at the Steakhouse was wonderful (service was a tad slow, so what we were talking anyway) The SPA WAS THE BEST! OMG! TAKE IN THE WATERS! a $99 package included a massage and the mineral waters tub, saunas, steam room I LOVED IT! de-stress here! really! The hotel from the outside did not look so great but the inside was renovated and comfortable, the room was clean and just nice. The Staff was so helpful, I was so impressed. It's so hard to find a hotel I like. I am the pickiest person I now. I am very hard to please but The Spa Resort & Casino makes me happy! The Security was great, the pool was so much fun too. Poolside bar, Adults Only outside party hottub (mineral hottub) and a little shallow spa tub! They were older but kept very, very well. Clean and nice! YEAH! I AM HAPPY

We were surprised how nice the rooms were for the price. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean, and having two sinks was a real bonus. The continental breakfast was nice too."

Great Hotel! Stayed 4 times in the past 2 years. Never disapointed. Great old school spa location, one of the first hip locations in Palm Springs. The hotel is new though:) The casino across the street is great (win all the time), best buffet in town. Walking distance from the heart of Palm Springs. 5 miles from the famous Palm Canyon Oasis trails.

I had a nice, spacious room, and the hotel was clean and had several amenities. However, I would never stay there again. I don't think that I'm demanding when it comes to customer service, but especially when I'm paying over 300 for a room, I do expect a friendly greeting at the front desk and at least a sincere effort to help answer my questions at the concierge's desk.

The hotel has a great spa to relax in with soothing mineral poos. Then you can walk or take a shuttle down the street to gamble the night away...and hopefully win!

I stayed at the Spa Resort and Casino for 3 nights. It was really very O.K. I wouldn't stay here again. The main pool was freezing cold and it wasn't clear or clean at all. The Agua Bar and Grill restaurant had very delicious food but the manager rushed us so we can leave since the restaurant closes at 9, even though we got there at 8:15. The bed was comfortable but the pillows and the sheets weren't. I felt like I was laying on a hospital bed. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I myself will never return again. I have had much much much better stays at Palm Springs earlier.

I came on retreat to relax in the sun. I spent most of my time at the pool. I came during the week to avoid the mobs and found exactly what I was looking for in that regard. The location was perfect. I was able to walk to everything; hardly ever used my car. I was very grateful that the spa hotel and the casino were not attached. The only time I encountered the casino was when I walked through for breakfast. The only downside for me was I am used to smoke-free public spaces and though the hotel did try to make separated sections it didn't really work because Palm Springs is very windy all the time.

we ask for non smoke room ; they did not have one , and also they never specified thet they do not let kids eat at their buffet. wich was disappointing for us. we went to other places for lunch and dinner.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. The resort is across the street from the casino which is a short trolley ride or walk. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Price was steep for mid week, but it felt like a getaway and was worth it.

Went with girls for a Spa Day, had the best time. Spa, pool, bar and our room with a view of the pool & mountains was great! Oh and the casino was a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back!

Great location, room is nice. Had to switch rooms b/c of noisy neighbors, but the staff handled quickly and well (they offered to send security as well). Bed firm and less to my liking. Room was clean though as I find it most every hotel, other people's hair in the bathroom.

Our room was not ready at 4:00 P.M. which was check in time. Told it would be 20-30 minutes more. We came back in 40 minutes and were told it would be another 15 minutes, it ended up being 5:30 before we checked in. The check in person seemed a little snippy when asked if we'd have to wait in line again.
