A real waste of time coming to this 'resort', terrible service, rooms unclean... I could go on, but won't waste my time.

The staff was very helpful in arranging things like bus tickets and late check-out. The private beach is very nice and quiet.

After a week of travel working with an national NGO, my wife and I were seeking a little getaway and were advised to try the Sokha. We were more than pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Tucked away on its own private beach, the Sokha grounds with its open layout and beautiful landscape and pool, allowed us to relax and unwind. We alternated between laying out by the pool or under canopies on the beach. The rooms were simple, yet elegant. The concierge was helpful in arranging an island snorkeling day trip and the tennis courts were in good condition. The oceanside restaurant was quiet and served a good mix of regional cuisine and international selections. Located four hours from the nearest airport (PNH) caused us to believe the Sokha would continue to be a hidden treasure that will not get overrun by crowds anytime soon. When my work brings me back to Cambodia, I look forward to another visit.

A seasoned traveler. I have been to just about every state in the US to all the major cities, New York, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, Memphis, Houston, San Francisco. I have been to Honolulu--the major hotels of tourism, but WOW--Cambodia ranked AWESOME comparably speaking. This hotel was like I went to a nice resort hotel in Hawaii. The hospitality, the first-classness combined with the culture of another country was amazing. The beach was incredible. Pretty much secluded and private. The fitness center was great. Two thumbs up for this hotel for sure.

Wonderful private beach and the Lemograss restaurant was excellent. Huge contrast between the exclusive hotel and the surrounding poor community... depending on you values you can take this positively or negatively.
