A great little design hotel, central, funky, and cool!A great little design hotel. The rooms are really modern and funky, however, they are very small. The staff is very helpful. Make sure you use their recommended taxi service when coming home from going out at night, otherwise you get completely ripped off!

Soho Hotel BudapestAn excellent hotel with a clean, fresh feel and attentive, friendly service.This is a modern style hotel - extremely tastefully and thoughtfully designed & you won't be disappointed. OK, the rooms are perhaps a bit on the small side, but this is more than compensated for by the efficiency of their internal layout & design. The semi-transparent shower room wall directly facing the bedroom is a creative & aesthetic stroke of genius!I will definitely go back there.

Our room was very modern and stylishly designed, with funky artwork and furniture and a lovely bed. Although small and not particularly spacious, we had sufficient room for our bags. There is also a frosted glass wall between the shower and the bed which was great for couples but we found it odd that the bathroom also had a clear glass door. You could see right in to the toilet which wasn't very nice. Luckily you couldn't see the toilet from the bed.The breakfast room was very crowded and reminded me of a busy hostel. The tables were very close together, and you had to dodge around people to get to the food and coffee. There wasn't a great range of food for breakfast, but it was fresh and nice. There is no coffee making facilities in the bedroom.The hotel staff were lovely, all spoke English, and were very helpful. The hotel is located close to a transport and main streets, and is in walking distance of the river. There are many bars and restaurants scattered through the small streets surrounding the hotel and we found some great bars.Overall we found it to be a lovely hotel, very clean and modern and would recommend it, especially if you get a great rate through Late Rooms. Be aware that even if you book in Euro or another currency, you will be charged the amount that you booked but it will be in the Hungarian currency.
