The hotel is a bit run down. We had no problems. The person at the desk tried to be helpful, he really did, but he didn't speak english and we don't speak Italian. He kept spraying an odor killer, over and over again. We didn't smell anything odd but he repeated this several times during our stay. I booked the hotel because I got a triple room for just 40 euros (I think it was a mistake) and they did honor the rate with no questions. But, even at that rate I'd look for something else.
